The place was in a good location - perfect to access everything we needed for the weekend. Being an old building and in the city, the sounds from above, below and outside bothered our two young children for sleep even with sound machines.

We were in town for basketball tournament and this was a great choice! It's clean, roomy, and well designed. I left a personalized chip clip from my company as a token of gratitude for letting us stay.

The place is comfortable and beautiful. It’s on a second floor with no elevator, so not ideal for anyone with mobility issues. Other than that, just what it says in the listing.

Great communication and prompt response! She even let us check in earlier. Other plus is that the house is above a bakery with yummy treats and fabulous smells! Almost like bed and breakfast!

We highly recommend this place for anyone traveling to the Philly area! There were so many little details that made our stay extremely comfortable— from the noise machine, coffee, comfortable beds, games, to the lotions and soaps. Smelling the bakery each morning was heaven! We highly recommend Dream World Bakery and the garden seating area attached to it. After almost record breaking heat, the preset temperature was perfect all day and night. We spent a lot of time on the balcony watching the birds and squirrels while peacefully reading or enjoying our bakery treats. The amount of dining and breweries in such a short walk was another highlight. We will definitely be staying here again. The hosts were responsive and so kind! We cannot recommend Coralxscape enough!

Good stay in Philly

We stayed 4 nights visiting our son and wife who live in the neighborhood. Stylish and a little bit quaint. Loved the veranda and 2 bedrooms. Check in was easy. Unit probably could have used a little more attention and on turn over from last guests but would clearly stay here again

Comfortable place in a great location

We spent a five night stay here visiting our daughter and her fiancé in Fishtown. Everything worked well. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen, bath and living spaces offered function and space. Ashley and her partner responded quickly and were sensitive to our needs. All in all, it was a great place. We’ll stay again on a future visit.

Weekend in Philly

The property was clean and nicely decorated. Great for our needs. The property manager was quick to respond to any of our questions and the check-in process was easy. Everything was where it was said to be. Only issues were that the beds were not particularly comfortable and it's an old building so you could hear all the creaks and sounds of other tenants, but that is to be expected. All in all nice apartment for the price and great property manager response, short walk to bus and subway, and the on street parking wasn't too bad. Enjoyed it!

Charming & Quaint

Very ecclectic neighborhood. We loved the apartment and the balcony area. Got my exercise in climbing the stairs to the apartment, whew - but we made it. The building is an older building and the floors creaked terribly with the upstairs neighbor walking around late in the am hours. Other than that, I found your place to be just what I needed!

We had a great stay at Coralxscape for a week. We had everything we needed. The apartment was spacious, clean and beautifully decorated. The double bed was very comfortable.A couple of small things that weren't great was that the couch in the lounge was very uncomfortable, my partner hurt himself sitting down too hard on it. Also there was a floor nail in the twin room that was sticking out of the floor which we had to cover as i hurt my foot on it. The building is noisy which is made clear in the description so we were expecting it but for future guests, make sure to bring earplugs! The neighbours going up and down the stairs is very loud and just their movements around their apartment is loud. Windows also let a lot of sound in so you can hear every car and unfortunately for us, road works aswell. Air con is loud and the floors creak also but to be honest, after a couple of days we got used to these noises though i could see it being difficult for a light sleeper.The area felt safe, very leafy and very close to subway and lots of nice stores, cafes, restaurant etc.We also loved having the balcony for some outdoor space.Would definitely stay here again if we return to Philly!

Every aspect of the space has been thoughtfully designed to create a restful and beautiful environment.

This apartment is not wheelchair accessible - guests must walk up half a flight of stairs to reach the rental. The bakery on the first floor has early morning hours on the weekends which may accompany noise heard in the guest apartment. Since it's an older building, we provide a noise cancelling machine and ear plugs to help guest with any noise.
