Quiet, just added fire pit seating area and steps to recently cleaned small beach area(.Unfortunately the beach comes and goes as the Lake level increases or decreases. This amenity has been under water all summer of 2024). Private deck over looking LKN. Nestled in the tree canopy just steps to dock with Jet Ski parking and boat tie up. Full Kitchen with counter/bar, living room, private shower and bathroom. 2 minutes by boat to main channel. Upgraded Washer/Dryer

We love visiting lake norman as often as we can, 1st trip just my hubs and I we usually have a crew that comes along, this lil cottage was perfect for the 2 of us, we were able to bring our boat and tie off on private dock which is very important to us, the cove is very pleasant tucked away so no major waves hitting dock. The cottage was just perfect in all ways, we will be back.

Very nice place! The host was very easy to communicate with. Everything we needed was in place including the use of 2 kayaks! We fished from the dock and saw several deer in the property. Would definitely stay again! Beautiful sunsets as well!

Azalea Cottage on beautiful Lake Norman is fantastic! Great location and Brawley School Road to get to it is stunningly landscaped with beautiful views in every direction. The cottage is very comfortable, incredibly clean, and includes everything you need for a great vacation. We hope to return.

Great lake getaway

Very quiet cabin with a nice lake view, access to a dock and great wildlife. Will definitely stay here again.

Perfect spot for a weekend getaway!

We loved the location and easy access to the lake and surrounding areas. Having use of kayaks was our favorite part. The cottage had everything we needed, and John was an excellent host!

Great Place

We had a great stay at the azalea cottage. John was very nice and hospitable. We definitely plan to stay there again. We had such a great time on the lake.

Azalea was lovely inside. Well appointed & welcoming. The view was awesome! We loved the view from the deck & down by the fireplace. Perfect spots to relax including families of deer. We've already recommended this spot to friends.

Absolutely perfect! The cottage was adorable and had everything we needed! We loved the lake view and how convenient it was to grocery stores and Costco. We shopped and cooked each meal on site. We can’t wait to come back again.

Sheer perfection! We booked the Azalea Cottage while visiting family and celebrating an anniversary. We lived in Mooresville for a while and spent a good bit of time on the lake so it was only natural that we wanted to find a spot on the water. The views are amazing and the cottage was perfect, having everything that we could have needed plus some. John is an amazing host who was even kind enough to give some lure suggestions when fishing off of the dock at night and utilizing his Green Monster Fishing Light! We are already trying to plan our next visit!
