Pet Friendly Ocean Block Home Fenced in yard Just steps to the beach

Single family home located in the heart of Ocean City. Completely renovated in 2014. 4 bedrooms/2 bath two story home with garage underneath for parking. Our home is pet friendly and even has a fenced in back yard!! The ground level is a garage with plenty of storage room for all of your beach toys. The second level has a kitchen, living room and dining room. There are also two bedrooms on this level. The first has a queen bed and the second has twin bunk beds with a trundle. There is a full bath on this level as well. The third floor has two more spacious bedrooms and a shared full bath. One bedroom has a king bed and the other has two twin beds and a queen bed. All of the bedrooms have TVs.

Home is conveniently located in North Ocean City and is within walking distance to several restaurants including Layton's on 92nd, Lombardis, Kirby's, Liquid Assets, Blue Fish, The Bull on the Beach, and the Coffee Beanery.

Our home is also within walking distance to Little Salisbury park located on 94th street bayside. This park has a playground, basketball court, tennis courts and a dog park.

Jill is an excellent host. One time on a previous stay I left my planner notebook. Since she lives nearby she took her time to get it and mail it to me. I rent from her everytime we bring our dog. The place has a wonderful deck and backyard and is only steps to the beach. Three covered parking spots! There is also an upgrade since the last time I was there. She has put a bathroom down in the garage with a shower. Very nice touch!!

Pictures don’t do it justice. Plenty of space, rooms are nice sized. Enough room everyone to spread out. The deck is huge with multiple seating areas to enjoy. The yard has some shade for the dogs. Literally steps to the beach and a couple great restaurants and shops. We stay in OC every summer and always bounce form place to place trying to find the perfect spot and this truly is it!

The home was very clean, they were very accommodating with our pets and grandchildren. First time I used VRBO and hope to rent this place in the fall when I have to come back for a event at aHotel just up the street

This is the best place ever, inside and out. Huge yard and huge porch. Never felt cramped or on top of others. Host is very responsible and fast. Three parking spots underneath is a huge bonus. Only steps from the beach and no need to cross any bust streets.

This is the 2nd year we have celebrated our family vacation at this property. Host communicates well, property is comfortable and family friendly. Nice fenced in yard for little people and pets.

Great stay at the beach!

A wonderfully spacious house so close to the beach. The porch space is so large, giving everyone lots of space to spread out. Always an excellent place to stay!

Great place ! Near the beach and restaurants. Plenty of room and very comfortable. Pet friendly and fenced in yard was awesome. It rained most of the time on us but at least we had a great place to stay. We will be back

Picturesque stay at the beach

Beautiful property located right next to the beach. There are so many porches to sit on, shaded and sun, beautiful views of the ocean and premier parking. Absolutely loved the stay and the wonderful house.

Perfect long weekend family getaway!

Fantastic location, with space for the whole family, including pets…And off street parking to boot! We had a great 3 day weekend at the beach which was only a 2 minute walk, on the beautiful deck, and enjoying the nearby food, and attractions. Many great spots are within walking distance. Terrific for a family getaway or gathering at the beach.

Perfect beach getaway

Great location with easy access to restaurants and the beach. So rare to find a place with multiple parking spots as well as a backyard for the dogs oceanside. We had a great time!

We had a great stay in this cozy home during a cool spring week. The deck was my favorite spot- sunny and warm with a view of the water- I spent most of the week here. The beach is just steps away and our dog enjoyed the fenced yard. With the breeze, the beach was probably 20 degrees cooler, but we enjoyed walking the beach and fishing. One day was rainy, and we were very happy cuddling on the comfortable sofas and playing at the big table. The host was very responsive and we really enjoyed our spring break with our dog. It looked like the grill was brand new as well- we didn’t end up using it but it would have been a welcome addition had the weather been a bit warmer. Having the sheets and towels included was a huge bonus. We’d definitely return to this house for anothe visit to OC!

Beach heaven

If you want quiet and dog friendly this is the place. Great place to relax, grill, and enjoy family. Less than a 1 away from the beach. Very easy to communicate with owner as well. Thank you
