The host and house were excellent! The house is decorated beautifully and is the most thoughtfully stocked home I have ever rented, you truly feel at home. There are many spaces in the house and the downstairs is great for having your own space if needed, with a kitchen and coffee station. Very relaxing on the porches with a great view, and you can sit down by the water and on the dock. It is a great house and location!

Guy went out of his way to provide us with great communication before our stay and purchased life jackets for us when we needed them. The beds were comfortable and the lily pad and kayaks were great. We loved our stay!

Great house & location! Several areas inside & outside to hang out & relax. Fishing was excellent as well. Host made sure we were settled in & made himself available if needed.

Great Way to Spend Thanksgiving

This was a great place and great way to spend the Thanksgiving holiday as a family. The hosts were wonderful and extremely thoughtful and outgoing to make our stay all the more special.

Nice place

Very nice property with all the needed amenities plus some. Great location in a quiet cove. Kids had a great time.

Beautiful home!

This place has it all for a large family. Great cove for the kids to play. Great neighborhood and close to anything we needed or wanted to do. Host was so great in keeping in touch with us. You won’t be disappointed staying here!

Fun time with family and friends

The house accommodated 78 year olds down to a 5 month old (and a small dog). We fished off the dock, went swimming and tubing, played corn-hole on the deck, and shared a lot of laughter. Thank you Guy and Dixie.

Family Weekend

We had a wonderful weekend. Guy was easy to work with and checked in throughout the weekend to ensure we had everything needed. The house was large with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. We loved the double refrigerator, double dishwasher, and double washer/dryer. We would book again! Thanks Guy for a wonderful weekend!

Much needed vacation

You cannot go wrong renting this house. The owners were amazing. The house was clean and well stocked. The kids loved the dock and it was an easy walk down. We even brought our dog so having the gate on the dock was an extra special touch. A++ well done

Fantastic property

Great place to stay, property was incredibly well stocked, clean and amenities were fantastic. Had a chance to meet the owner and he's a super nice guy. Though there were only two of us the property is well suited for large groups. The last night there I sat out on the dock for about an hour after sundown and watched 3 young deer graze and play on a property on the other side of the cove. Very peaceful. Highly recommend this property.

Ladies Adventurer!

What a great place for 6 young senior ladies to stay for our first visit to LOTO ! The house was spacious (we all had our own bedroom) and very very clean. We visited Shawnee Bluff winery, shopping, hiking, and the fall pub crawl. This house is set up perfect for visiting inside and large outside decks. The house is well stocked with about everything you need. We definitely will be back!!! )

Ozarks 2024

We’ve stayed at several places in the Ozarks. This time, we wanted to. Ring the whole family, including grandkids, and pass on the love of the lake. The house was perfect for our crew. The kitchen was large and had great amenities - two large refrigerators, lots of dishes and utensils, and great grills. The bedrooms were clean and the beds comfortable, and had ample bathroom spaces The whole place was inviting, and spacious. We made terrific memories.

Beautiful with all the comforts of home

This weekend away was with girlfriends and their daughters for a bachelorette celebration weekend. The property and home are stunning. We took advantage of the dock and swam/floated with cocktails and lots of laughs. The home itself is spacious and very accommodating, plenty of room especially the many bathrooms for girls showering and makeup. We had relaxing mornings having coffee on the deck. Walks in the beautiful neighborhood. We brought food to cook meals and everything we needed was there. We ubered to town in the evening for some fun dancing and night life. The hosts have anticipated our every need. I highly recommend this home!

Perfect! Just perfect!

If you’ve ever traveled in the Ozarks, you know that some places are not easily accessible. This beautiful home Was so easy to get to. It was located in a beautiful location, close to Restaurants and shopping, It’s in a cove so it’s just off the big water, But there is still a lot of action, although not too much where it disrupts your relaxing afternoons on the dock. The home itself is beautiful, It was immaculate, Well kept and Modern It’s a very open concept, And the kitchen is amazing. That might have to do with the two giant refrigerators in there, Because all of the adults were thrilled with that aspect! LOL! There is an upstairs and a downstairs. Decks on both levels and the dock is so easy to get to. We have been vacationing at the lake of the Ozarks for at least 16 years. This home, by far, is our absolute favorite! The communication with the owner Was pleasant and timely. My grandchildren have already requested that we stay at this home again next year! The adults loved the home and The kids loved the home. I would highly recommend this place. If you are looking for a big house, perfect location, Extraordinary amenities, This is the place and Guy and Dixie Kobey are the people you want talk to. Impressive!
