The condo was just as described- roomy, nice kitchen, and beautiful view. We had a wonderful time and would stay again for sure!

Spring break 23

My family has been coming down to New Smyrna beach for 16 years now and I must say this was one of our best trips. The condo has everything you need to feel right at home.. It comes stocked with boogie boards,coolers,kids beach toy's, and beach chairs..so just unpack and enjoy the sun!

We loved our stay at the beach! It was HOT outside, so it was amazing to have a cool AC to come in and just stare out at the ocean from the room. When we weren't doing that we were sitting on the balcony (like, ALOT) or hanging out on the beach. Easy walk to the beach and the unit has all the things - umbrella, cooler, chairs. The pool was cool and refreshing as well. We loved the open balcony views - you can see other balconies from this location but we didn't see too many people. Bring your binoculars to see dolphins, sharks (we think), boats, and more. We appreciated the extra blankets and pillows. Due to food allergies we have to cook all our meals - the kitchen was wonderfully stocked. You could even bake a cake! Walmart pickup was 20 minutes away and Publix about 10. The bed was comfortable, the shower had great pressure, and I mentioned the balcony, right? We needed the time to forget life for a bit. Mission accomplished.

Excellent Location

Just a ride down the elevator and a few steps until you're on the beach! Exactly what we were wanting for our month in Florida! A nice balcony overlooking the beach too! Lots of incidentals like beach towels, beach chairs and toys, throw blankets. Could have used a few more bath towels/wash cloths. There weren't any dishrags or cleaning rags so I bought some cheap washcloths for that. Be advised that the washer and dryers are outside of the unit and you will need quarters to use them. $1.75 to wash and $2.00 to dry. (We did not know this before arriving.) Everyone was very friendly and we felt very comfortable there. Check in/out was super easy and the manager/s responded right away when we needed to contact them. Overall our stay was wonderful! Would definitely go back and stay again!

Condo was as described and was very cleann. They even supplied enough toiletries and trash bags, etc. Thebinly thing missing was a washer and dryer in the unit. I would definitely stay again!!
