We had another wonderful stay at this condo! This was our second time staying here, and everything was just as great as the first. The condo was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The owners are absolutely amazing—so friendly, responsive, and welcoming. We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily come back again. Highly recommend!

This condo was the perfect fit for our week-long family trip. Everything you need is there! It has an ideal location: on the beach, easy pool access (that you can see from the balcony), and only a quick car ride away from Flagler. Beds and couches are very comfortable and they provide kitchen supplies, beach chairs, an umbrella, etc. Everything was clean and well decorated. We’d definitely visit again!

We had a wonderful stay here! The condo is as pictured online - very clean and updated perfectly. The complex was quiet and the walk down to the beach was easy. So nice to be beyond the drive-on section of the beach, but just a short drive to the store and restaurants. We will definitely book here again!

The property was very clean and really very charming. The condo complex was easy to navigate and the hosts responded quickly and were generous. Will definitely rent again.

Wonderful stay. The property was exactly as listed, well-equipped, and clean. The condo community was quiet, the pool was clean and warm, and the beach access was excellent. Would definitely return.

The condo was clean and just as it appeared in the pictures. There was a wonderful beach view out the patio doors that we enjoyed every morning with our coffee. The pool was clean and heated. Beach access was very accommodating.

Beautiful condo, highly recommend!! Unit is equipped with everything you need and extremely clean. The owners are very great with communication every step of the way and available to answer any questions. One of the nicest units at The Colony Beach club with a beautiful view, we love it.

A truly beautiful remodel of a condo in a great location. Wonderful view of the beach, surf and heated pool.Ideal one story walk up with covered parking. Many amenities, comfortable beds and coverings. Excellent.

Lovely condo, well equipped, close to the beach and steps to the pool. This is not your average rental - all finishes and decorating are well thought out. Makes this unit a beautiful place to stay. 14 days wasn’t long enough!

Great place, helpful owner, very nice experience.

We had a very nice time in New Smyrna. The place is very nice, the host helpful, the description is accurate, a totally enjoyable stay. I highly recommend this condo.

We had a wonderful stay! The unit was comfortable, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed. Great location—just a short walk or drive to restaurants & shops. We enjoyed the beach & pool - both very clean & easy to get to. The hosts were responsive and made everything easy. Highly recommend!

Perfect stay at the beach!

Everything about the condo was just lovely. The host was so gracious and communicative. The condo was so well appointed, there was nothing they did not think of for their guests. Will happily stay here again and again. Thank you for your amazing hospitality, we loved it all!

Great views of the ocean.

Great ocean view from the condo. Hosts were very responsive and helpful. Everything was very clean and well organized. Everything you need for a great beach vacation!

Great Property and Location!

Property was clean, updated and well kept! Kitchen included lots of pots and pans and utensils to cook full meals. Beach steps away and pool was clean with many pool chairs.

Such a Gem!

Beautiful condo with everything you need. The kitchen is beautiful, furnishings and all the little details make this place such a gem. The hosts were so nice and accommodating. Beautiful views of the pool and ocean. Property is very well kept and lots of great restaurants close by. We can’t wait to stay again soon.

Wonderful Stay at a Beautiful Beach Condo!We had an amazing time at this beautifully decorated condo. Everything we needed was provided which made our stay extra comfortable and relaxing. The view of the beach was absolutely perfect, and we spent hours just enjoying the scenery from the balcony. You can tell the owners put a lot of care into making this place feel like a true home away from home. We would absolutely love to come back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful beach getaway!

Best Vrbo

This VRBO was THE best of the 7 we’ve had in 10 yrs. It was exceptionally decorated, comfortable, and beautiful. In addition, the view was the lovely pool and Atlantic Ocean. New Smyrna Beach, FL has much to offer, too!
