Direct Beach Front Balcony on No-Drive Beach in Gated Complex with Heated Pool

You will love this condo! We are located on the southern end of New Smyrna Beach on a NON-DRIVING BEACH. This is a direct oceanfront condo on the 4th floor of Smyrna Beach Club with a private balcony overlooking the beach with a view of the pool as well. It has been updated with great features and the kitchen is well stocked. Granite countertops and wood cabinetry throughout, stainless steel appliances, travertine tile floors,.......you won't be disappointed. We have a king bed in the primary bedroom, a queen bed with one set of twin bunks in the second bedroom. This is a non-smoking unit and pets are not allowed.

We have equipped it with everything guests would need to enjoy a stay at the beach:

Beach cart for easy transport to the pool or beach
Reclining Beach Chairs (4-6)
Nets and Flashlights for Crabbing at Night
Beach toys

Our complex is gated with no public access nearby so the beach is seldom crowded. We supply beach the amenities and a wagon to get it all onto the beach. Unlike other complexes, our pool is located on the beach. The pool deck has tables with umbrellas, lounge chairs and bathrooms in the clubhouse for your comfort and convenience.

We use a smart lock and will provide you with your own private code. All check-in and check-out is contactless. All laundry is done in hot hot water and dried on the highest heat. We have a REME-Halo Air purifier installed in our HVAC system. The REME-Halo kills up to 99% of bacteria, mold and viruses. The dual ionizers reduce airborne particulates (dust, dander, pollen, mold spores).

If you would like to make a reservation, using the 'Begin Booking' feature will be the surest way to secure your dates. Email is the preferred method of contact but you can always call if you have questions. Our calendar is always up to date.

I have walked up and down the shore of New Smyrna Beach and I have yet to find a better stretch of beach.

It's not very often we receive less than a 5-star review. We've been renting our condo since 2008; and to date, I don't recall anyone ever commenting on the size of the bathroom. The bathroom is standard for condos this size. It's approximately 5'x7'. Our photos accurately depict the bathroom. If a guest required a larger bathroom space, I wish they had asked before booking. The ensuite bath was remodeled it so it has a spacious shower with oversized shower head to give it a spa-like feel. It has a full glass wall and door. The toilet space is 30 inches or more as it meets code. We replaced the vanity with a vanity equipped with drawers for the guest's items and a shelf below for additional linens. We strive to keep our condo updated, clean and well-equipped for our guests. The wicker chairs and bench in the dining have cushions and small back pillows for the bench. The living area sectional is a leather like material. It was chosen for it's durability and comfort. It is not "plush" but comfortable. Our King bed in the primary bedroom has a foam mattress topper and a few guests have taken the time to remark that the beds are comfortable. The balcony furniture is PVC with strapping. We find this more comfortable than solid PVC furniture. I am always responsive to inquiries and hope future guests ask me questions if they have specific needs or wishes. Greg was a great guest. I don't expect he'll book again; however we would welcome him back. : )

Smyrna Beach Club is well maintained providing a clean and safe environment. The condo is very family friendly yet within a quiet, peaceful setting. Beautiful ocean views from the spacious balcony. The condo has a fully stocked kitchen, updated and clean bathrooms, and comfortable bedrooms. This is our second time staying at this property and we hope to return next year! Thank you, Justine!

Very nice secluded beach without a lot of people. Shower pressure was really low in the master but the renovations are nice along with furniture etc. Overall unit is nice but the pool area needs work especially the partially boarded up upper floors of the pool building.

Thank you for your review. The area above the clubhouse is actually another condo unit. They are in the process of completing a project but are not allowed to generate noise December-April. While a little bit of an eyesore it should be done soon, The pool and deck on the other hand was recently resurfaced and restored. The master is an oversized shower head designed to create a "rain" effect-not everyone's preference. I hope you will consider a return trip.

We LOVE our condo. We spent the first 5 months of ownership renovating the condo and making it the perfect vacation spot; we continue to improve our condo every year. We enjoy coming to New Smyrna Beach with our family to enjoy the sand and surf.

Our complex is on the non-driving section of New Smyrna Beach and is gated to offer added safety. With no public access nearby, the beach in front of our complex is never crowded. Having the pool directly on the beach is a big plus. The pool is heated in the Winter.

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

Our favorite time of day is mid to late afternoon when the tide goes out and exposes the sandbar. We grown-ups set up our beach chairs on the sandbar and enjoy each others' company while our kids play in the salt water 'pool' that forms between the sandbar and the beach. It's a great time to break out the hand nets and let the kids try to catch the small fish. We provide the chairs, umbrella, beach towels, nets, boogies boards, and sand toys . You bring the family!
