Complete with access to a gated outdoor kitchen patio with a BBQ grill and outdoor dining. The building also features a fenced front yard with outdoor seating and a firepit. The guest home is ideal for 1-2 people and can accommodate up to 3 people.

- Includes a comfortable 2-3-seater sofa that can be converted into a twin-size bed with a comfortable memory foam mattress topper. Additionally, there is a lift-top coffee table.

- The en-suite bathroom is equipped with a smart bidet toilet and a stand-in shower
