Come & relax at our beautifully renovated Lakefront cottage. We just added a brand new hot tub! The house will transport you to the English countryside, with the warm, earth tones & sun filled rooms. We provide high end linens for your comfort & outdoor seating. Our massive kitchen is a chef's dream, with a large custom island, & 2 dishwashers. We have a heated pool (available seasonally). If you prefer the beach, we have 100ft of waterfront easement. High-speed internet & are pet friendly! We are flexible on check in and out times. If you are looking for early check in or out, we will do what we can to accomodate us. Just ask ahead of time!

The home has been updated to create a more open concept layout, while maintaining the original character of the century home. There are 2 beautiful wood burning fireplaces. There are 9 foot ceilings, original doors, and a claw foot tub. From the Master suite, you can enjoy waterfront and pools views. Each room has its own personality, while maintaining a cohesive overall feel.

Don't forget to bring your bikes or rollerblades, as the Friendship trail is minutes away.
We have High speed internet throughout the house, and a Smart TV in the living room and kitchen. We have Central Air Conditioning throughout the house.

We are a licenced short term rental. Rental licence # STR-000163

No smoking inside the house.
No large parties or groups over 8 people.
HST excluded in price.
Minimum age requirement is 25 years old.
We are happy to host your pet as well. Additional $75 fee for pets will be charged.
