Great house with a nice, open floor plan. The kitchen has bakeware, serving pieces, dishes/glassware and a variety of appliances. There are outdoor games in the garage, and we enjoyed using the kayaks and the basketball court. The property is beautiful, has good parking, and the boat dock is really convenient for boating and fishing!

This home met the needs of our family of 17. Was roomy and comfortable. Overall feel of the property was great. Was well furnished for a large group, with a variety of activities for all ages.

Family reunion getaway

Perfect for our families needs! Room to spread out, activities for children and adults and bed/bath setup was great! Really enjoyed the kayaks, hot tub fire pit and deck area. Would visit again if in the area!!

Great Family Vacay

Amazing Property

This property exceeded all of our expectations! We have been coming down to Branson for a bowling tournament for a few years. This has been the best Vrbo we have had! We definitely will be staying here next year.

Great family spot

The property had plenty to do right on site so you don’t have to leave for entertainment unless you want to. The hot tub was a big hit for all ages! The only downer was the limited number of trash bags and other paper products.

Very Impressed

Our stay was extremely enjoyable at the house. It was nice to have the amenities the house has and the host was timely with responding to any questions we had. We definitely will be coming back since we had a blast staying four nights.

Great getaway for the family!!

We had an excellent time. Close to everything. Bathroom space was a little tight with 17 adults and one baby. Other than that all was wonderful

Incredible place for a large family getaway!

Really enjoyed our time at this house! The place is HUGE with lots of space to accommodate a large family gathering. Would love to have an opportunity to go back in the warmer seasons and make use of all the awesome outdoor amenities as well! Michelle was great with communication and made sure that we were well taken care of. Definitely recommend!!

Beautiful location!

We have been in Branson several times, but this beautiful home made this trip our favorite! We loved going to all of the kid friendly attractions in town with our grandson, but his favorite place was at the house in the hot tub…ours too, actually. The view of Taneycomo was stunning from every seat. And… Michelle was a gem to deal with as property manager! Thank you!

Peace and quiet on the river

Away from the hub bub but close to downtown. Very well stocked kitchen, lots of games and outdoor games. 5 kayaks and lots of fishing poles.

Great experience

This was the prefect place to stay for a group of 17 guys and myself. Plenty of things to keep you busy around the house and just a short drive to the landing. Wouldn't have changed any of it!

Perfect stay!

We loved our stay at this property. It had absolutely everything we needed including all essentials. The common areas were great with plenty of seating. We enjoyed the hot tub, outdoor speaker system, and waffle maker :). Having a beautiful view didn't hurt either! Brian was helpful, nice, and always quick to respond. I really appreciated the stress-free communication.

Just what we needed!

This stay is sweet. Waterfront, fishing, hot tub, quietness, all while 2 miles from downtown. The bunkroom has tons of bunks, will be great for big groups with single sleepers or kids. There is a playground, cornhole, kayaks, etc. For large groups, pay attention to the kitchen, not as huge as many properties that sleep this many but fit our needs well!
