New 7 bdrm home (sleeps 28) w/ lake views, hot tub, & outdoor dining!

This home, Cloud Nine, is owned and managed by Super Luxury Home Rentals and completed construction in March 2024. It is finished with high end furnishing from Restoration Hardware, Thuma, Samsung, and more. It is fully stocked and equipped to feed, entertain, and comfortably accommodate 28 people in permanent beds (ie - no pull outs, trundle bed, or back aches in this house). Six bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms and all have blackout shades and ceiling fans which means you can make the most of the vacation and sleep in as late as you want! Take three steps up off parking right in front of the house into the main lighted entrance and look through the home to take in the lake views. Into the home the foyer has two bedrooms, the first is a primary bedroom Thuma king size bed, memory foam mattress, sit-to-stand desk with private en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has another Thuma king size bed, memory foam mattress, and en-suite bathroom that is accessible from both the bedroom and the hall. Down the hall to the back of the house is the fully stocked kitchen for 28 with quartz countertops, a 6' circle Restoration Hardware dining table seating 12, and countertop seating for 9 more. The living room is right off the dining area and has a large sectional couch that takes in the lake views, enjoys the fireplace, and be entertained on the 85" TV. Out the sliding glass door to the lighted patio there is a Weber grill, 14' of outdoor dining tables and chairs to accommodate sixteen people. The LED patio lights provide the perfect atmosphere for relaxing in the hot tub or having dinner with a view. Heading to the loft level there are two more bedrooms; the third is a primary bedroom with another Thuma king size bed, sit-to-stand desk and chair, and a private en-suite bathroom with tub & shower. The fourth bedroom is our premiere bunk room that has 4 triple bunk beds that sleeps 12 comfortably and has a private en-suite bathroom with tub & shower. In the hallway between bedrooms there is a laundry closet with a stackable Samsung washer & dryer for convenience. Down in the basement there is a family room with a ping pong table, collection of classic arcade games, pop-a-shot, shuffle board, an infinity board game, and a sectional couch oriented to another 85" TV. Down the hall there is full bathroom with shower, a main laundry closet with a second set of washer & dryers (Samsung top load), and 3 more bedrooms. The fifth bedroom in the home has two triple bunk beds that accommodates 6 people. The six bedroom has a Thuma king size bed with memory foam mattress and en-suite bathroom with a shower. The seventh bedroom has another Thuma king size bed with memory foam mattress and en-suite bathroom with a tub & shower. Out the sliding door from the family room there is a second lighted patio with a Aquaterra Hot Tub for 6 people and outdoor sofas & fire table. This home is located in the Rocky Shore Association which has communal indoor pool and outdoor pool for our guests use.

Everything about our stay was great! Plenty of room for our group of 12 that was in town for a golf trip. The hosts are very friendly and the lake views were awesome. We would definitely stay at this property again.

Great stay

The property really had everything needed. Lots of room for everyone and the beds were comfortable. There were a couple minor issues when we first got there but I reached out to the host and it was quickly resolved. If you have a large group of people I would definitely recommend booking with them. We would definitely stay here again.

Relaxing stay, convenient location

We stayed here with our children and grandchildren. We had the perfect amount of space with a total of 15. The kids enjoyed the onsite pool areas and the games that were at the house.

This house was awesome! Had everything we needed and the view of the lake is gorgeous! We would absolutely stay here again, check in and out were easy and the hosts were great with communication. Would highly recommend this place!

Great stay

Place was clean. Had plenty of room for all of us ( 23 of us ) to sleep plus some. Games for the kids, hot tub and a onsite pool. Overlooks the lake. We stayed 2 days and it had everything we needed to have a comfortable stay.

Beautiful home with a beautiful lake view

Home was enjoyed by all family members. The family really enjoyed the outdoor pool and especially how close the indoor pool was to the home. Everything was clean and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to fix meals. Beds were very comfortable. We especially liked how each floor's air conditioning was very efficient and kept the home as cool as we wanted. We would definitely stay at this home again.

The 7 bedrooms are perfectly organized for large groups: 5 with king size Thuma beds, ensuite bathrooms, black out shades, and ceiling fans; then 2 bedrooms with bunks sleeping 6 and 12, black out shades, and ceiling fans.
