This top-floor unit provides an idyllic escape for families, offering a prime location that overlooks both the pool and ocean. The Master Bedroom exudes comfort with a king bed and an additional twin daybed, while the second bedroom offers a queen bed and twin bunkbed. The Master bath boasts a standard step-in, stand-up shower, while the second bathroom features a standard tub with a shower. A washer and dryer in the unit add a touch of convenience to your stay.
The living room, with its stunning views from the top floor, opens up to a balcony overlooking the pool and the beautiful beach. Relax in the living room, which includes a recliner and a couch that transforms into an extra bed. Our bonus room eliminates the need to bring your own beach gear, as it's stocked with chairs, a beach cart, cooler, toys, and boogie boards – everything you need for a fun-filled day by the sea.

Back at the condo, enjoy the convenience of two elevators accessing the 8th floor. Guests have access to the seasonally heated pool (December 15-April) and two parking spots. The balcony showcases both the pool and the serene no-drive section of the beach.
The condominium complex offers additional amenities, including a tennis and pickleball court and shuffleboard. A fully accessible playground at the 27th Avenue Public Park, within walking distance, adds to the family-friendly appeal.

Construction Notice: Building exterior is due to be re-painted but has not been scheduled. This will likely occur fall 2025 or Winter 2026.

For added safety and security, our condominium has recently installed gated access to both the pool and beach areas. Guests will receive a wristband key fob required for entry. Please note that guests are responsible for their assigned fob, and a $55 replacement fee will apply for any fob that is lost or not returned at checkout.
