Sea Coast Condominiums is located in New Smyrna directly on the non-driving portion of the beach. It was built in 1973 and accommodates 90 individual units. The complex offers 1 and 2 bedroom oceanfront and ocean view condos. You can enjoy the great ocean view from your own private balcony. There is an oceanfront seasonally heated pool; you can also grill out on the oceanfront sun deck or play shuffle board by the beachside. Laundry rooms are located on each floor of the complex. Flagler Avenue is just up the street where you can enjoy great restaurants and beachside shopping. The Mosquito Lagoon is also close by if you want to do some fishing or go to the Mangrove Tours to go see the manatees.
