The property is perfectly located. The pictures look exactly like the actual place and the pool and beach access are perfect. The National seashore is just a short drive as well.

The absolute perfect beach getaway location! The property is gorgeous, clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. The kitchen is completely stocked: spices, condiments, pots, pans, coffee maker... even tupperware for leftovers. Jessica was quick to respond if we had any questions at all, and even left us a bottle of wine to celebrate my birthday. We cannot wait to stay here again!

This condo is perfect. You are right on the beach and have direct access to the pool, with all beach and pool toys provided. The condo itself was clean and perfect for our small family. The host was super responsive, answering any questions that we had. We would definitely come back again.

Unit was as listed and extremely well stocked with linens, kitchen had everything you need and had seasonings along with coffee, tea, instant oats. We have stayed at many condos over the years and this is our favorite. The main bedroom is on the 3rd floor and bunk room on the 4th

A Slice of Paradise

Excellent location with all the possible amenities for beach stay. Super clean with excellent bedding and furniture. Digital Guide Book provided by owners was an amazing addition and chock full of suggestions for the area. This place is special and I hope to return soon.

Perfect family stay

This place is in a really excellent location. Having the pool right there in addition to the beach, makes it perfect for families with children. The condo is well appointed and has everything you need. Highly recommend.

Beach shower weekend

We were in NSB to attend a bridal shower. We had a great time at the beach house. It is updated and very comfortable, a modern, well-stocked kitchen, including snacks! Everything you could want is provided. We will definitely stay here again!

Great Place, Great Host

This property is even better than advertised! Great location on the beach and the condo is stocked with everything you need to have a great time. Host was in constant communication and VERY helpful!

Location in respect to the beach and pool is perfect. The love bugs were EVERYWHERE and unfortunately managed to get in the condo quite a bit. So we could not enjoy the patios as much as we would’ve liked. Issue with the cable service and internet hindered our working vacation so we had to cut it short. Jessica and her team worked to make things right but unfortunately were at the mercy of their provider, Spectrum. We took a star off because of these things. We would definitely stay here again. Customer service was 5 star!

Thankfully, Spectrum replaced all of the equipment and installed new lines, so everything is now working properly. As for the love bugs… that’s just Mother Nature’s cruel joke on Florida this time of year. We truly appreciate your understanding and hope to host you again for a much smoother stay next time!
