Villa Tres Hermanas (Three Sisters) is a luxury, oceanfront villa on a bluff overlooking the beautiful bay of Santa Cruz on the Pacific Ocean in Mexico's newest eco-tourist resort town of Huatulco. The Villa offers breathtaking views of the Pacific Ocean and the bay, marina, and village of Santa Cruz. Huatulco (wah-tool-co) comprises seven bays and 37 pristine beaches of golden sand, palm trees, and crystal-clear water. Enjoy sailing, boating, deep-sea fishing, snorkeling, scuba diving, kayaking, whitewater rafting, horseback riding, golf, tennis, and exploring the natural beauty of the bays.

Villa Tres Hermanas is one of two villas and eight condos in a private, small village called Sueño Real (Royal/Real Dream). The Villa combines native marble, wood, and palapas with design features of Santa Fe and Greek Island architecture. Cantera fountains, palm trees, and a large infinity pool beckon you to take in the spectacular view of the Pacific Ocean and Sierra Madre Mountains.

This two-story Villa features two private patios, a large palapa-covered terrace with lighted wet bar, all marble interior floors, all marble bathrooms, a cantera fountain, and comfortable, quality furnishings. The first floor has a living room, which opens on to the terrace and swimming pool; dining room; and full-size, fully eqipped kitchen with breakfast bar. This spacious villa (2000 square feet) includes three large bedrooms, each with super comfortable king-size bed and large private bathroom. The downstairs also includes a small study and a sofabed, a satellite TV, and high-speed cable internet. It is a non-smoking villa.

Villa Tres Hermanas is within ten minutes walking to the beaches in Santa Cruz and Chahue, and a five to ten minute taxi ride to the unspoiled beaches of Tangolunda, Chahue, El Maguey, Conejos, and La Entrega. It is equally close to the restaurants, plazas, shops, and markets of the picturesque towns of Santa Cruz and La Crucecita. And it is only a 20-25 minute taxi ride from Huatulco International Airport in Oaxaca.

Villa Tres Hermanas is managed by a professional staff (English and Spanish) who will provide you with information and friendly service to make your stay a truly carefree and restful vacation. Chef also available, upon request.

Fabulous Villa, great location!

We were three couples and stayed just over two weeks. The Villa was wonderful, an amazing view over Santa Cruz beach! There was plenty of room on the patio for lounge chairs as well as sitting for the six of us at the table. We enjoyed the pool very much. Priscilla and the other staff were very helpful and always available. All rooms were spacious and comfortable. We hope to return!

A perfect getaway home.

The property was even better than it was represented in the on line description. Even though it is a villa in a condo complex you felt like you were in a stand alone home. The location was perfect with a view of the bay and Santa Cruz beach area but far enough away from the beach noise. Sitting out by the pool turned out to be our favorite spot to relax and dine. The pool is absolutely gorgeous. The house is well equipped throughout and we felt totally comfortable and at home. Angela was a great host and always on time and easy to communicate with. We hope we can return soon.

Very nice place if you don’t like hot water!!

The property is very nice and very well equipped in the kitchen. There should be a bbq in the Villa but there was not. The beds are clean and comfortable and the pool overlooking the bay is beautiful. We did however go 6 days of our twelve day visit without hot water as the water tank is failing and old. Asked many times about it and was told it’s old or the wind blew it out constantly. Asked for compensation for this to Angela by email and she never did respond. So that’s is why my rating is only a theee star.

Paradise in Huatulco

Huatulco is an absolute gem and Angela’s villa is the crowning jewel. It’s large with 3 separate bedroom complexes that afford much privacy. The main living area is open to catch the breezes and the view of the harbour is peerless both from the patio and the private infinity pool. Because of the unique design and pockets of lush gardens it’s hard to capture its full beauty with photos. When we arrived after a long travel day we were delighted to find a basket of fresh fruit, ground coffee and snacks and even some Cerveza in the fridge! Also the unit was VERY clean and well stocked with cooking utensils. The on-site property manager Pricila was always available to us during business hours and there is a security guard available 24/7. The complex is completely secure and the guards call you a taxi that usually arrives in about 3 minutes. We found all the staff there to be very friendly. Angela’s villa in sueño real is truly paradise!

La estancia con la Familia en las Villas Tres Hermanas ubicada en Santa María Huatulco, fue verdaderamente una experiencia muy placentera, la villa un encanto, cuenta con todo lo necesario para sentirse en casa, limpieza absoluta en lo general, baños con lindos juegos de blancos y cocina completa con lo necesario y ni hablar de su alberca con la vista preciosa. las fotos en este sitio representan tal cual belleza de la villa y la vista. la atención y el servicio excelente desde la llegada hasta la partida. Agradeciendo la atención de Ángela la anfitriona como la de su asistente Cecilia y sus ayudantes en todo momento, con muchas ganas de volver a regresar.. Super recomendado.

A wonderful New Years Trip

This is an amazing villa! There were four of us who stayed for a week between Xmas and New Years and each of us absolutely loved it! Cecilia and the rest of the crew who work on the property were extreme helpful! She had our fridge stocked for our arrival, helped us with a few restaurant reservations and was always around to answer any questions we had. The security stuff is on site 24x7 and easily calls upon taxis for you. I don’t believe we ever waited more than 5 minutes to hail a cab. The property itself, Suena Real, is beautiful, clean, private and very quiet. We ran into a few other guests but for the most part, felt we had the entire property to ourselves. As for our villa, it was very clean, spacious and had an incredible view of the bay. Our favorite part was lounging on the terrace and in the pool… the outside terrace is fantastic with plenty of shaded space when you want to get out of the sun. The villa is very close to a large market for food and necessities but you’ll probably want to taxi there as to get home you are walking up a rather steep hill, so would prove difficult with many bags. We loved the town of La Crucecita which is about a 5 minute taxi away. A few things I would point out - the 4th bed in the villa is actually a pull out bed located in the Master Bedroom so if you need that 4th bed, people are going to be sharing a bedroom. (That wasn’t clear to us until we got there, but it was not a big deal to us). To get to bedroom two and three you have to go outside and upstairs… again, not a big deal to us but if you have kids staying in those rooms, maybe it would be? And finally while we LOVED our view we were lucky as there were no cruise ships during our stay. The view overlooks the bay where there is a huge dock for cruise ships. Had there been a cruise during our stay, that would have ruined the view in my opinion. Overall we had a simply fantastic time here! The villa was great, the property was as beautiful, the staff was as very friendly and helpful, and the surrounding areas a lot of fun. I would highly recommend this property.

Outstanding Rental Property

You can't go wrong with this rental, the first time we stayed here, we really wanted beach access. We tried it, and, we soon found out we really didn't need beach access! Having your own private pool, with 3 private king size bedrooms with ensuites, for 3 couples changed our minds completely. Totally recommend this property.

The property view is fantastic and location is within walking distance to stores, beaches and downtown. Very comfortabe and roomy for six. Nice to have a private pool and use of the community pool if you want. Just be sure to ask about cost not included in advertized price, such as eletricty and cleaning. If you use the a/c at night which you will need the weekly allowance is not sufficient.

Fantastic views

We have just arrived home from a two week stay at Tres Hermanas. It was a wonderful holiday. Cecilia and her staff were amazing. Always pleasant and eager to help. The villa is very well equipped and the private pool was amazing. Beds were very comfortable. Nice quiet area and yet so close to everything.

Fantastic view!

We had a wonderful experience at Tres Hermanas. The private pool was the perfect temperature and it was so enjoyable to swim and look out on the ocean. The location is perfect with easy access to restaurants and beaches. The staff at Sueno Real were always so helpful and friendly. We are already planning our trip back.

Beautiful villa, fabulous weather, great beaches, lovely people, delicious food, totally fun !!!!

The villa was amazing for 6 amigas celebrating special birthdays. The large bedrooms and private bathrooms provided us all lots of room and privacy. Having our own pool was perfect as the weather was hot and sunny every day. Everyone at the complex was so helpful with anything we needed. Taxis were cheap so it was very easy to get around. Restaurants and food were wonderful. This was definitely a vacation we will all remember !! Thanks to Angela (the owner) for making this so easy for us. Also a special thanks to those at the complex for all your assistance and to Ramon for bringing us fresh coconuts on his day off!!! We had a great time !

Perfect vacation

Thank you so much for sharing your Huatulco home with us. We had such an amazing week relaxing around the pool and the patios, getting mud baths in La Bocana, enjoying sunning and snorkeling in several of the area bays and beaches, discovering a plentitude of delicious restaurants, and wandering around both Santa Cruz and La Crucecita. Cecilia even arranged for a boat to take us to San Augustin where en route we saw turtles and dolphins and caught several fish that became our lunch at Charly’s Place in San Augustin. Charly made us ceviche and grilled up the rest for an incredible lunch. Cecilia and the entire staff were so helpful and friendly. We couldn’t have asked for anything more. -Sally

Amazing villa with breathtaking views!

The moment that you arrive at Tres Hermanas, you will be overwhelmed by the views of the ocean and Santa Cruz bay. It really feels like paradise. It is an open concept, with a nice sitting area protected by the shade of a palapa overlooking the pool and ocean. A great spot to enjoy all the outdoor amenities without being directly in the sun. There is a beautiful and private infinity pool, which is a great way to spend the afternoon watching the local fishing and tour boats come and go from the Santa Cruz marina. On occasion you may also get to see a cruise ship dock. The villa is very spacious with three large bedrooms each with their own private bathrooms. Very clean, well laid out, and has everything you need. The location (Punta Santa Cruz) is great - and still within walking distance to most everywhere. The hill on the way back to the villa is a little steep, but is very safe and achievable. But not to worry - if you don't want to walk the hill, the taxis are inexpensive and plentiful. The staff at Sueño Real/Tres Hermanas is top notch and goes above and beyond to take amazing care of guests and the property. This villa is amazing and we look forward to staying here again and again!

Beautiful and truely relaxing: true dream or royal dream, both is true

The villa and compound are beautiful with a stunning view of the Sta Cruz Bay. The private pool is big enough to play and swim in. The house is decorated in a very elegant style, and is very well equipped to cook, live and relax. The staff is very helpful and make one feel very safe and cared for in the compound. We congratulate Angela and family for having such a nice place and are happy that we could stay there. We really love the Villa Tres Hermanas and Sueño Real complex.

Fantastic villa

Late March - early April 2018 The villa was spectacular. Spacious with lots of spaces to hang out alone as well as be all together. Everyone had their own spectacular room. Pool was fantastic. View of the bay was beautiful. Just like the pictures on the web. Easy access to everything. Super helpful staff. We will definitely be back.

Absolutely beautiful!!

Just got back from 10 days at this villa...it was paradise!!! The view was breathtaking over the Santa Cruz Bay. The pool was perfect and the villa was beautiful and very private! We walked into the Bay and walking distance to the large Chedrau grocery store where you will find everything you need! It was out first time in Huatulco and loved every minute of it! We will definitely go back and hopefully back to this amazing Villa Tres Hermanas.

We named Villa Tres Hermanas (Villa "Three Sisters") in honor of our three daughters. We spent summer and winter holidays there together. We still enjoy our vacations together in our second home and welcome you to be guests in our home in Huatulco.

We are from Austin, Texas, and have spent many years vacationing in Mexico. We first visited Huatulco in 1999 and purchased the villa a year later. It was designed and built by a German architect who lives in Huatulco with his Mexican wife and children. He sought to combine Greek Island architecture with New Mexican adobe architectural forms. I think you'll agree that the villa captures the beauty of these classic Spanish and Greek Mediterranean styles.

The spacious ocean front living room with marble floors is one of the places to do yoga in the early mornings, to meditate, and dance late at night----or on the terrace that is covered with a rounded palapa. In fact, there are so many places to get away on this property to meditate, swing in a hammock (three different areas), to read, to sit or work privately and there are beautiful communal areas too. Variety of lighting fixtures allow for the perfect ambience, as well as twinkling lights from the anchored boats in the bay and marina, candles on the tables from the Santa Cruz beach dining guests, as well as star and moon light.
