Amazing!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was amazing! Had everything you needed right there. The staff were great and always very helpful. We will definitely be coming back one day! The only small downside were the large ants in the rooms at night but not a huge deal.

Due to the villa’s beautiful open-space design, it is common to have "little visitors" if the screens are not fully closed. FANTASTIC!!

Wonderful property. From the Villa, to the security, staff, property and location....simply the finest. Stayed with the family for a week and we can't wait to return.

Villa Maroma

Reviewer Comments: This was our third stay at one of the Montecito Beach Village Villas, and it definitely has become one of our "happy places."The property and staff are lovely. Our housekeeper, Carmen, took such good care of our villa. All other MBV staff are warm, friendly, and will do anything to make your stay perfect.Resort amenities are spotless. The Cala Beach Club on property is an absolutely beautiful place to hang out occasionally. Great food/bev. Montecito Beach is a truly natural setting and, although Villa Maroma is nicely maintained, and bedrooms are air conditioned, they are not well sealed from the outdoors. Mosquito netting over the beds would be a wonderful add. And, it's time for a new fridge. Neither issue would prevent us from returning. The pre-arrival and booking services from My Huatulco Vacation were perfection! Their team is personal and professional. We will return!

Maroma needs some attention

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful location awesome design but showing its age. Missing tiles in pool, broken concrete on lower pool area, very disorganized and dirty laundry room, no hot water in master suite 2 requests made to fix, rusted out fridge top, dirty cupboards in the kitchen, loose or wore out door latch on main door. Dirty stains on the exterior by the pool. A rats nest of cords by the phone. Outside kitchen chair about to come apart. Overall disappointing

Villa Maroma Review - Montecito Beach Village

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented Villa Maroma for a family vacation (7 adults and 3 children) from February 24 - March 2, 2024. The property description was very accurate and the villa was a beautiful place to spend our vacation. It was clean and well maintained, and overall the customer service from My Huatulco Vacation was very good. Our favourite amenities were the infinity pool at the villa and the pools at the Cala Club and the Loma Lounge, as well of course as the private beach for the Village. The food and beverage service at the Cala and the Loma was excellent. The only concern we had was that for the Chef's Suppers that we had ordered beforehand, the Chef did not seem to be aware of the menu items we had ordered for every supper. However, Rodrigo and the other staff of MHV responded well in resolving this situation. We were also surprised by how few other people were in the Village that week - it would have been nice to meet other owners and renters - but of course that is beyond the control of MHV. We would gladly recommend Villa Maroma and MHV to other relatives and friends.

La estancia fue magnífica !!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Disfrutamos cada día del amanecer en el área de la Loma y los desayunos del servicio de alimentos de nuestra cocinera. La casa muy bien equipada y con la ventaja de la 2da piscina que ofrece más sombra que la principal. Áreas a mejorar los colchones y ropa de las camas dejan mucho que desear, no hay sistema de audio ambientacion y nuestra cocinera con falta de experiencia en cocinar mariscos .

Heaven on Earth in Huatulco

The space is comfortable, beautiful, and functional and the view is beyond amazing. The pictures are gorgeous but when you actually experience it in real life, it is even better. The whole experience of being at Montecito Beach Village was great! The staff were friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this space for an amazing vacation!
