Inside, the main level boasts an open-concept living and dining area with floor-to-ceiling glass doors that seamlessly connect the interior to the terrace and pool. A fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar provides the perfect space for preparing meals or enjoying casual bites. The Sueño Real complex offers 24 hour gated security, onsite concierge service, and access to the shared adults-only infinity pool. This complex is perched on the Cliffside on Punta Santa Cruz, overlooking the beautiful bay below. A 15 minute walk to your choice of beaches - Santa Cruz or Chahue. Restaurants, snorkeling, boats and tours all at Santa Cruz beach.

PAYMENT & CANCELLATION TERMS
• Payment can be made by Visa, Mastercard, or money wire
• Digital contract & ID verification required to complete booking
• 30% deposit on base rental rate due at time of booking + $99 USD admin fee & $45 USD Accidental Damage Insurance Fee
• 70% balance + tax due 60 days prior to arrival (full payment required for last minute stays)
• Funds paid are non-refundable, if required, you can move your dates without a change fee up to 30 days from arrival.
• Though not available for purchase through our Company, we encourage travelers to consider securing travel insurance.
