Welcome to this lovely 3 bedroom, 2 bath cottage just a short bike or car ride from the beach. The Tarpon Pond Cottages are extremely popular for their proximity to the Boardwalk One, Seabrook Island Beach Club, Island House and Seabrook Island Golf Courses. Nestled on a wooded lot, the screened porch has spectacular views of the 17th fairway of Ocean Winds golf course.
Head up the cottage's front stairs and be greeted by two rockers. The perfect spot for morning coffee and deer spotting. When you enter this cottage you will love the open feel and inviting coastal decor! The dining room sits just inside the front door and has a large table with seating for six. The galley kitchen is well stocked with stainless steel appliances. Soaring cathedral ceilings give the living room a very open feel. There is a brick fireplace (decorative only) and a work desk. Comfortable recliners and couch are the perfect spots for curling up with a book or an afternoon nap. Sliders lead from the living area out to the expansive screen porch. Here you will find a dining table and chairs along with a seating area! A ceiling fan will help blow the gentle tropical breezes through this room.
On the main floor has a master en-suite with king bed and ceiling fan. The master bath has a walk-in shower. Two additional guest bedrooms are on the main floor and share a hall bath featuring a tub/shower combo. The first guest bedroom has a queen bed and TV. A second guest bedroom has a full bed. Outside the two guest bedrooms you will find the stacked washer and dryer located inside the laundry closet. Head up the stairs and find the cutest loft - A perfect kid's spot! There is a twin day bed with trundle. This are has a TV and puzzles & games.
In the carport find a gas grill is for your convenience along with four chairs and cocktail tables. Owners have graciously opened their cottage to not only your family but you family pup, up to 35 pounds with required additional pet fee of $35/nt. Come vacation at this wonderful cottage and create lasting memories!
*Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes.
Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.
MAXIMUM number of passenger vehicles which may be parked during the overnight hours of 11 pm-7am, which require a gate pass: 3
The first gate pass is included in your stay. You must call our office if you require more than one gate pass
LSV (Low Speed Vehicle) RENTALS PERMITTED at this property. An LSV requires the use of one of the gate passes included in the maximum number of vehicles passes.
Requirements for LSVs
Must be registered and insured, have a 17-digit VIN and display an LSV license plate, display a valid SIPOA entry pass issued specifically to that vehicle. Drivers must have a valid driver's license. No off-road tires allowed
Usage Restrictions:
For street use only. No use on bicycle paths, walking paths, golf course cart paths, boardwalks, or beaches. Follow SIPOA vehicle and parking rules.
Safety Requirements: SC seat belt laws apply to all occupants. Child seats are a must. SIPOA officers and CCSO will stop vehicles with unsecured children

Amenity cards giving you access to the facilities of the Seabrook Island Club, are available for purchase. These cards give you access to the oceanfront pools (seasonal), Pelican's Nest outdoor restaurant/bar (seasonal), Island House restaurant/bar, golf and tennis. Additional fees are charged for all activities.
Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel more than 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, you receive your funds back, minus $250. If you cancel within 30 days of your arrival date, you lose your funds. If able to re-book it, you will receive what we rent it for, minus the $250. Feel free to ask any other questions you may have.
For monthly winter rentals the policy is as follows: For cancellation made up to 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee. For cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest under the terms of the Rental Agreement.
