513 Tarpon Pond
Spectacular pond views from the large screened porch are one of the highlights of this bright and airy beach cottage. The owners have recently made updates to this Tarpon Pond including all new floors on the first level, (no carpeting), and new windows.
The cathedral ceiling in the living room with the large sliding door to the screened porch create a light, bright and open gathering place to enjoy the 55-inch HDTV. The first floor continues to include the open dining area with a table that seats six. The kitchen is fully equipped, (including Keurig and/or Mr. Coffee machines), for all your food prep and dining needs. Sip cool drinks on the large screened porch while watching the wildlife on the lagoon. Play a card game around the dining room table that seats 6, with an additional table for 4 downstairs.
The master bedroom has a king size bed, HDTV, and full en-suite bathroom with a shower. The 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed. It shares a full bathroom with the 3rd bedroom which has 2 twin beds. The hall bathroom has a shower/tub. A full size washer and dryer complete the main floor. Head upstairs to the loft. Boasting the best pond view, this open loft has a comfortable queen size sofa bed, another separate sitting area with a day bed, desk, and a spacious full bath with a great shower.
The cottage has many extras. There is also a large gas grill. All linens and towels are provided for your convenience (please bring your own beach towels).
*Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes.
Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.
MAXIMUM number of passenger vehicles which may be parked during the overnight hours of 11 pm-7am, which require a gate pass: 3
The first gate pass is included in your stay. You must call our office if you require more than one gate pass
LSV (Low Speed Vehicle) RENTALS PERMITTED at this property. An LSV requires the use of one of the gate passes included in the maximum number of vehicles passes.
Requirements for LSVs
Must be registered and insured, have a 17-digit VIN and display an LSV license plate, display a valid SIPOA entry pass issued specifically to that vehicle. Drivers must have a valid driver's license. No off-road tires allowed
Usage Restrictions:
For street use only. No use on bicycle paths, walking paths, golf course cart paths, boardwalks, or beaches. Follow SIPOA vehicle and parking rules.
Safety Requirements: SC seat belt laws apply to all occupants. Child seats are a must. SIPOA officers and CCSO will stop vehicles with unsecured children
Amenity Cards are required to use the Seabrook Island Club and SIPOA Lake House facilities. This property includes access to the Club amenities: the Beach Club oceanfront pools (seasonal), Pelican's Nest outdoor restaurant/bar (seasonal), Island House restaurant/bar, golf and tennis. Additional fees are charged for all activities except outdoor pool usage. The Club Amenity Card also allows access to the Lake House facilities (outdoor pool/no fees; indoor pool/fitness center/fees apply). Amenity cards are arranged through the Seabrook Island Amenity office.

Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel more than 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, you receive your funds back, minus $250. If you cancel within 30 days of your arrival date, you lose your funds. If able to re-book it, you will receive what we rent it for, minus the $250. Feel free to ask any other questions you may have.
For monthly winter rentals the policy is as follows: For cancellation made up to 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee. For cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest under the terms of the Rental Agreement.
