Florida living at its finest! This well-thought-out private pool home has 3 bedrooms/2 full bathrooms and can comfortably sleep 7 guests. The home is located less than 2 miles from Indian Rocks Beach and is in a quiet residential area on a corner lot, complete with a charming white picket fence. Spacious home allows for plenty of seating within the home, lanai, and pool/Tiki Bar area to stretch out and enjoy your vacation. The home flows easily from the interior to the screened-in lanai with resort-style seating, a ceiling fan, dual access to the home, and a server window from the kitchen to the lanai. Screened-in area flows out to the beautiful backyard space with a heated pool, hot tub, pool loungers, large cantilever umbrella, sitting areas, mature tropical landscaping, pond with stone waterfall, birdbaths, bamboo and palm-thatched Tiki Bar complete with mini fridge, icemaker, and sink.
**Attention: September 10th, 2025, Pinellas County began an important beach nourishment project. The project is scheduled out per each beachfront city and they have listed open and closed beach access points while they work on the project. Kitchen: Updated kitchen with black stainless appliances, granite countertops, and a breakfast bar with a drip coffee maker to enjoy your morning cup of coffee. Other amenities include a toaster, blender, and microwave. Basic dishes and utensils are provided. Basic spices, cooking oil, and coffee filters and/or pods are not always available.
Dining Area: Has a glass-top table with 4 chairs and French doors that open into the screened lanai and the pool area.
Living Room #1: As you enter the home through the open foyer you will find a cozy living room. This room includes a sofa, workstation, and TV. The room wraps around to the dining area.
Living Room #2: The second living area is off of the kitchen and features modern BOHO furniture and a vaulted ceiling with large wooden beams. Custom white plantation shutters, cool hues, and real maple-engineered wood flooring add a tropical vibe.
Bedroom #1: The master bedroom has a King-size bed and a private entrance to the pool for that late-night soak in the hot tub or dip in the pool.
Bathroom #1 (En-suite): Walk-in shower and single vanity sink. No tub.
Bedroom #2: King-size bed, TV, dresser, and closet.
Bathroom #2: Tub/shower combo and single vanity sink. Situated between the other guest bedrooms.
Bedroom #3: Twin-over-full style bunk bed, dresser, closet, and TV.
Garage: The mudroom near the garage is where you will find the washer and dryer.
Outdoors: The outside living area of this home is your own private oasis. The heated pool and tiki bar area are perfect places for you to unwind after a day at the beach, shopping, or dining out. Both front and back yards are fully lighted. Screened in lanai with resort-style seating, ceiling fan, dual access to the home, and a server window from the kitchen to the lanai. Screened-in area then flows out to the beautiful backyard space with pool, hot tub, pool loungers, large cantilever umbrella, sitting areas, mature tropical landscaping, pond with stone waterfall, birdbaths, bamboo and palm-thatched Tiki Bar (mini fridge is inoperable).

Important Information
House Rules:
1. No smoking/vaping in the unit. No illegal substances on the premises. Violation of this policy will result in a smoke remediation fee ranging from $200-$500 depending on the severity.
2. No parties or events.
3. No pets. Please notify management of any service animals.
4. You are vacationing in a residential area, please be mindful of noise during all hours. Quiet hours start at 10pm and you must adhere to local noise ordinance.
5. Rinse off and return any and all beach equipment at the end of each day. Do not leave equipment out overnight.
Renting Requirement Policy: The guest booking the reservation must occupy the unit for the duration of the stay and is required to be 25 years of age minimum. Adults may not rent a unit for anyone under the age of 25, they must be actively present at the rental unit.
Maximum Guest Occupancy Policy: Adherence to occupancy policies and limits is strictly enforced. The guest count may not exceed the maximum guest occupancy at any point in time, including any pre-approved day guests. These policies are in place for your safety and the protection of the vacation home and the vacation rental industry. Violation of these policies may result in immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all monies paid. Please contact management to request pre-approval for any day guests. Additional guests that will exceed the maximum occupancy will automatically be denied.
Pool Heating: When the pool heater is turned on, the temperature is typically set to 85 degrees unless otherwise stated in the listing. Please understand that when outside temperatures reach 60 degrees or lower a pool heater cannot always heat the pool to temperature.
Toiletries: Guests should bring their own toiletries, dishwasher pods, and laundry pods. Each unit will have two rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom, soap for every sink, a trash bag, and at least one roll of paper towels in the kitchen. 2 dishwasher pods and 2 laundry pods are also provided if applicable to the rental. We provide one set of bath towels per guest. For guest convenience, we also provide beach towels. All linens are provided.
Parking: This property provides 2-3 parking spaces depending on the size of the vehicles. No grass or street parking.

The surrounding local area has some great day trips: Florida Botanical Gardens in Largo featuring holiday lights late Nov-Jan,1st, John's Pass Village and Boardwalk, Tampa Lowry Zoo, Florida Aquarium, Clearwater Aquarium, Sunken Gardens, Dinosaur World, Ellenton Outlet Malls, Children's Museums, enjoy a Tampa Bay Ray's game at Tropicana Field, a Buccaneers Football game in Tampa, or check out some of the pro baseball teams during their local Spring Training, also Disney World and downtown Disney are just two hours away.
