Perfect Paradise!

This property is amazing! Joe and Sonia are wonderful hosts who have provided the basic necessities to make your vacation plans run seamlessly! The pool and hot tub were favorites of ours. We loved that you can control the temperature on the hot tub. We also went to Indian Rocks Beach, which we loved for the shallow waters and small crowds, as well as Clearwater Beach, which was more touristy but very beautiful. We made a day of fun at Busch Gardens (go at the end of August on a rainy day, it was so dead we were able to walk on every coaster!). Shopping was close by. Everything was perfect! Thank you for sharing your wonderful home with us. We will definitely look you up again if we head back to the area.

Great Vacation Rental

The home was in a quiet neighborhood and offered all the comforts of home. Although we went to the beach nearby, the private pool and outside patio was the place we spent most of our time relaxing. The host was prompt to answer any questions and address a minor maintenance problem. We will definitely look for this rental as an option in future travels to the area.

Largo house

Joe and Sonia were great hosts and their house was just as described and was a peaceful and enjoyable time by all of us. The pool and hot tub was a big hit with the kids and us adults! The boat ride the Joe and Sonia took us was also great and the kids love it! I would highly recommend this host and house. We will come back again.

Beautiful home!!

We rented this beautiful home For a getaway with my 2 children, their spouses and our little dachshund for 8 days.(6 of us) Lots of room, Perfect Location in a nice, quiet neighborhood. Close to Clearwater, several shopping centers, including grocery stores and Costco. The home is beautiful with a gorgeous kitchen that overlooks the living room and pool/hot tub. Patio had a grill, TV, music and plenty of place to eat outside. 2 bathrooms and washer dryer, kitchen stocked with all you need. We went to 4 beaches, Clearwater North (takes dogs) Clearwater South, Indian Rocks Beach, also Anna Maria Island. Indian Rock was by far the nicest, and lots of room for all of us. Clearwater south and Anna Maria fun, but touristy. Host was quick and attentive with any questions we had, gave us suggestions for dinner and when we messaged if they had an air pump for some blowups for the pool he brought 1 over for us! Been to Clearwater a few times, loved this place and would stay again! Also have mention the most delicious restaurant we ate was at The salty crab bar and grill North Beach!

Our getaway

The house was very nice we had two other couples come with us.We had 3 nice bedrooms.The outside pool area was very very nice.All the comforts of home.Thanks Joe for being the perfect host.This was our first air b&b and we will definitely do it again.Sorry we missed your boat trip maybe next time.

Good Stay

Location was good. Everything was as posted. We had an issue with the heating on the pool and hot tub when we got there and Joseph resolved it right away. Loved the hot tub. It heats up very fast.

Great House

Great house. We visited with two small kids and this property is awesome for kids. One level, no stairs, pool is safely not accessible through heavy doors. House was safe and clean. We were disappointed that the spa wouldn’t get up to temperature the first couple nights. We were staying during those handful of weeks when Florida got cold overnight. Host was responsive to help with the situation. Highly recommended in the spring and summer months!

Great family get away!

Two families stayed comfortably in the house. Very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The pool area was great and perfect for the kids and adults. Quick drive to beautiful beaches! Hosts were very quick to respond to all questions. Would definitely recommend!

Great Place

He kept me informed on check in and it was a very easy process. I had a questions during the stay and he didn’t hesitate to call and answer it right away. The big screen TV by the pool and hot tub is an amazing set up!

Warming

It was a great place to state, minutes from the beach and Largo Christmas lights. My kids enjoyed the heated pool and swam for hours. Check in and out was easy and hassle free.

Great outdoor area

We loved watching TV outdoors from the hot tub. The pool was lovely as well. We were very happy with our accommodations.

Great Property

Largo Vacation

We loved the home! The backyard was amazing and felt so private. The area was very quiet and the house was stocked with everything we could need! We were very close to multiple grocery stores and the house was only a quick drive away from the beach and restaurants! Joseph was quick to respond to any questions we had and I would definitely recommend staying at his home. This was our first time visiting the area and we can’t wait to come back next year!

Very much like a dream home.

This place had everything we could want and need. Then some! So close to indian shores and Indian rocks beach. Yeah some people love clear water beach but we prefer smaller crowds and open spaces. The pool and the hot tub are great!

Largo stay

Overall very nice house in nice and quiet neighborhood in Largo. Very clean on arrival. Housecleaners do an excellent job. No stores or restaurants within walking distance but nice stores within a few miles driving distance in all directions. Our only big problems were with the beds. Good sleep is important to me. The good things about this house; 1. Lots of closets and large walk in closet in master. Lots of extra hangers. Lots of extra pillows and blankets. 2. Neighborhood is quiet and walkable. Taylor Lake Park is a half mile away and is a good place to walk, run or bicycle. 3. It’s 2.2 miles to Indian Rocks Beach which takes about 10-15 minutes by car. It’s a great beach for swimming, walking etc with lots of parking, some of which is free. Very nice sunsets. 4. Pool is nice and heated year round. We never could get the hot tub hot enough to use because it’s a bit confusing with turning different on and off valves between pool and hot tub. Lots of pool and beach towels. 5. Fenced back yard is nice if you have a dog. 6. Kitchen is well stocked with herbs etc refrigerator is large and nice. Deep kitchen sink is also great. Dishwasher works well and there were plenty of dishes for the 3 of us. 7. Washer and dryer in the unit with laundry detergent available for your use is nice. The not so good things; 1. King bed in master sinks terribly in the middle making it difficult for 2 people to share unless you really like cuddling. You feel as if you are climbing a hill all night long. 2. The queen bed room is very nice with a comfortable adjustable bed. However you may be bothered by the noise of the pool pump and heat pump. The head of the bed is against the wall where this equipment is located. No one in our group could sleep on this bed against that wall. 3. The full bed room faces the front of the house. This mattress also sinks and the bed squeaks terribly with any movement which wakes you up at night. 4. The couch facing the tv in the front room is already pretty worn and sinks terribly. It is a sleeper sofa and those do not hold their firmness for long. We had to put pillows on it in order to sit comfortably. The other 2 couches are great perhaps because they have less use. Recommendations: 1. When using memory foam mattresses consider platform bed frames which hold up better. 2. Bathroom towels are becoming worn and not many washcloths. 3. Pot holders in the kitchen would be helpful.
