Dear Randy, Thank you for your review! We're very happy to hear that you had a great time at the villa and enjoyed the pool, the home's condition, and the convenient taxi service. It’s also wonderful to know that you appreciated the efforts of Rosendo, Eva, and our My Huatulco Vacation team in maintaining the property and assisting you during your stay. We appreciate your feedback regarding the lounge chairs and the occasional odor in the master bedroom bathroom. Now the problem with the odor has been addressed and the property manager is looking for more loungchairs for the property We hope to welcome you back for another stay in the future and you can see the improvements! Hi Nausheen! Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re glad to hear that you enjoyed the comfort of the beds, the pool, and the attention provided by the groundskeeper during your stay. Regarding the air conditioning, we’d like to clarify again as we explained you while you were here, as mentioned in the property description, only the bedrooms are equipped with AC. The main living area is a large open space, and due to its size, it would be very difficult to effectively cool it with air conditioning. For that reason, the space was designed with ample screened windows to allow for natural ventilation and airflow. However, we understand that your stay coincided with the hottest season of the year, which likely made it feel warmer than usual. As for the presence of bugs and ants, given that the home is surrounded by garden areas and tropical vegetation, occasional insects are natural in this environment, especially during the warmer months. We do have regular pest control in place and will continue to monitor this closely. We truly appreciate your comments. Thank you again for staying with us. MHV Team

Dear Elliott, Thank you for sharing such a wonderful review of your stay at Villa Ankar! We're so happy to hear that the villa exceeded your expectations and provided a spacious and comfortable retreat for your family. It's great to know that the separate bedrooms, walk-in wardrobes, and bathrooms contributed to your comfort, and that the large kitchen and lounge were perfect for your stay. We’re especially glad that you enjoyed the clean pool and appreciated Mr. Rochendo's attentive care. His dedication, along with the villa's proximity to the beach and town, truly makes it a fantastic place to relax and enjoy the beauty of Huatulco. Thank you for your kind words about our team—we’re delighted to hear that we were able to make your stay even more enjoyable with our quick and friendly service. We truly appreciate your recommendation and look forward to welcoming you back in the future! Best regards, MHV Team

Dear Laura, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are glad to hear that you found the location satisfactory and that the pool was well-maintained during your stay. We also appreciate your kind words about our pool maintenance team member. We sincerely apologize for the confusion regarding the air conditioning in the kitchen and living room areas, when you asked if the house had AC we said yes, but we weren't asked where. Your comments regarding the front door and guest bedroom needing weather stripping to prevent bugs are also noted, and we will address this promptly to improve the comfort of our future guests. We understand your concerns about exterior lighting and bug prevention, and we appreciate your understanding of the tropical environment, which can present unique challenges. We strive to balance this while maintaining the best possible experience for our guests. Again, thank you for your valuable feedback, and we hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back with improvements in place to provide an even better stay.

Dear Sandra, Thank you for your detailed feedback and for recommending our vacation rental. We’re glad to hear you found the property manager helpful, the rental clean, and the location convenient. We wanted to inform you that we have addressed the issues you mentioned. All doors and windows have been repaired to ensure they close properly, minimizing the chance for bugs to enter. Additionally, we have upgraded the cooling systems in the main living areas for a more comfortable stay. We appreciate your understanding and patience regarding the fridge issue, and we’re pleased to know our management team was able to resolve it promptly. Thank you again for your insights. We hope to welcome you back in the future. Best regards, MHV TEAM

Hi Israel, Thank you so much for your feedback. We would have loved to know all these details during your rent, and not after we let you know about the damaged items by your group during your stay, so we could have done something about it immediately as we always do with our guests reporting non functioning things in our properties. For us, all the statements you describe are not common. We've had many rentals before and after your group and none of them had complained about the villa. Thanks again for all of this information, we will continue keeping strict maintenance protocols at the propery.

Hello Jon! We miss you here in Huatulco! Thank you so much for your lovely and detaailed review, it will help a lot future guests. We are very happy to hear that you had a great time. We can't wait to see you again! My Huatulco Vacation Team
