We sincerely apologize if our team was not able to personally meet you at check-in, as we truly enjoy welcoming our guests in person whenever possible. Unfortunately, when arrivals take place after our office closing time at 6:00 PM, our team is unable to attend in person until the following morning, during our regular business hours starting at 9:00 AM. Argelia, a member of our team, was very happy to meet you the next day and assist you personally. Once again, we truly regret any disappointment this situation may have caused, and we sincerely appreciate your understanding and your valuable feedback.
