POOL HEAT: 24 hours notice must be given for pool heater. We charge $20 per day to heat the pool. If the temperature outside falls below 65 degrees at any point of day the pool heater will not turn on.

Amazing Host!

Diana made the trip relaxing for my team and I. Accommodating a last minute extension so we could get one more night of rest was perfect.

Disappointing

The welcome information began with a list of itemized goods such as towels and what one would be charged if they were taken or not accounted for, a statement about how the furniture and related items had been videoed for evidence of stains, damage, etc. and then advertising for another one of their businesses, none of which set a positive tone. Three of three showers were not functional, the door on one came completely off and was not usable, the second had a clog, so water gathered around your ankles, and the third leaked copious water over the floor. There was very little communication from the property manager and zero response when alerting them to this. The neighborhood, while safe, was not ideal. There were clumps of hair and some minor paper debris left around the pool area upon arrival. While the interior was well kept in general, there were subtle areas that suggested less than careful remodel (closet areas) and certain rooms were cramped for the intended use. We left early due to weather and there was no acknowledgement of our communication to this effect or response whatsoever.

Great Stay

The location of the house was only 20 minutes from Siesta Key beach, the pool was heated and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen came with everything you needed including several spices. We enjoyed swimming and using the ping pong table (although they could use some new paddles)

Nice stay

Overall, a nice property. Neighborhood is ok, not great. Very convenient to expressway, stores, restaurants and the beaches. Pool was nice. I would suggest that they add some additional hooks in the bathroom for towels, get the outdoor patio lights working, and fix the shower door in the master bath.

Great Stay

Good location, clean and nice place. We had only a little trouble with minor things, but the property manager responded promptly to help us with any issues. Overall great stay.

Group stay

This house was comfortable for the seven of us, all adults. The pool was so refreshing after the hot and humid Sarasota summer days. Plenty of parking. I would definitely stay here again.

Very Nice

Overall the property is very nice, there are some maintenance issues that should be addressed. Ex: Laundry room light does not stay on, Pantry cabinet top hinge is not attached. Not sure if the pool cleaning was done as we never saw anyone and pine sticks were still on the turf, or the landscape maintenace - the yard/patio was never swept. The neighborhood looks run down, but we had no issues. Texted the host 2x without a response - but nothing urgent.

Decent family rental in Sarasota

Home was spacious for a family of six. (Do note, however, that the kitchen is quite small.) We ran into a few snafus while staying for a week at this property. The front door code was not changed so we had difficulty entering the exiting the property for a few days. Some of the games were broken or parts were missing, but the owners promptly replaced and repaired these items. When we noted the propane tank was empty and needed replacing we were asked to replace the item ourselves. After some back and forth the property owners did bring a spare and told us the other tank was not empty even though it read empty. We were also lacking in the advertised soap products for the dishwasher and bathrooms, but these were also promptly replaced. The home was clean, but the bathrooms have definitely seen some wear and tear. As noted by other reviewers the neighborhood is quiet, located behind an elementary school, but at least 15 minutes from the beach.

Beautiful Home

Wonderful home with spacious and comfortable gathering spaces. Beautiful pool area and gas grill. All ages from age 60 down to age 2 enjoyed our family time there. Highly recommended.

Perfect for us!

We traveled with friends for a week stay in Sarasota and enjoyed our stay at this property! The back pool area and screened in patio was very private and definitely the place we spent most of our mornings and evenings, grilling and enjoying the open air. It was very tidy and clean upon our arrival.

Family weekend away

We enjoyed our stay at this newly remodeled house in the Sarasota neighborhood. From the inside and in the backyard it was beautiful curb appeal was definitely lacking but once inside everything was clean and very well furnished and we enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful, Cozy Home!

This house is beautifully renovated, very welcoming and you never want to leave. Quick communication with owners when needed. Close to everything but the neighborhood is not one of the nicest. Overall I would recommend this house!

Beautiful House

Pros: The pictures don’t do it justice! The house is completely redone inside and everything is clean, new and functional. Kitchen is fully stocked, we had absolutely everything we needed and even things that you wouldn’t expect. The pool area was by far our favorite. Nice big pool with a large seating area and it’s all screened in so no bugs! The kids had a blast using the ping-pong table. 2 beach chairs and lots of beach towels were provided by the host. The host was very responsive, friendly and easy to work with. Cons: The beds are hard and uncomfortable to sleep on. The house is about a 20 min drive to the nearest beach. Neither of these things would prevent us from renting here again, we had a great stay.
