Welcome to the Pineapple House Sarasota where location, quality, cleanliness and relaxation are key. Enjoy the private POOL and HOT TUB in your own tropical oasis backyard while being only 5 mile drive to two world renowned white sand beaches (Siesta Key Beach and Lido Key Beach). Conveniently located between downtown Sarasota and Siesta Key. Located blocks from the free Breeze Rider* and Bay Runner* open air trolley stop that services downtown Sarasota and Siesta Key village and beach. Walkable to local restaurants.

• Beaches - Only 5 miles to the large SIESTA KEY BEACH parking lot and 6 miles to LIDO KEY BEACH. Free parking at beaches or hop on Breeze Rider open air trolley that connects Siesta Key and downtown Sarasota. Closest pickup is a .4 mile walk on trail or .8 mile drive
• Paved trail on east side of house - walkable to local restaurants, grocery and shopping
• Downtown - 2.5 miles to famous Downton Sarasota restaurants, shopping, arts and nightlife.

Beaches - both beaches have large FREE public parking lots and a concession stand with good hot food and refreshing frozen drinks (including alcoholic). Siesta Key Beach's sand is 99% quartz, which makes it white and powder soft. Siesta Key has two lively areas for dining..... The Siesta Key village and an another area by the South bridge. Be sure to visit the Siesta key Village and also Saint Armands for great shopping. Check out Breeze Rider* and Bay Runner* for free open air trolley ride from nearby stop to all of these places! LIDO KEY is an exciting spot with lots to do including kayaking/stand up paddle boarding in the mangroves, hang out at Lido beach or stroll around the restaurants and stores of St Armands Circle.

Grab your FISHING pole and head to the water, just 1.3 miles to the Siesta Dr - north bridge for fishing. Several great fishing spots in the area, please let me know and I can give you more details!

DOWNTOWN - Whole Foods and farmers market and too many restaurants to name such as: Marina Jack’s, O’Leary Tiki Bar and grill, Owen’s Fish Camp, Duval's, Boca, etc.... a fun area to walk around and dine. Theater and arts are big in Sarasota. Check out the local theater events and shows. You can also take sightseeing boat cruises from the marina.

Great vacation sta

The house is i great place to get away and enjoy the beach and house pool and hot tub. Second time staying and definitely would come back. Great host. The only thing I wish was the the pool was a little warmer but we are from Ohioso can be too picky

Perfect Amenities

My husband and I stayed here in January. The weather was so cold, 40s and 50s. I purposely book a home with a hot tub because of this, and I’m so glad I did! The house was clean, decorated tastefully, and had everything we needed. It was an extra bonus that there was toilet paper, laundry detergent, hand and dish soap, etc… especially since it was just the two of us and we needed very little.All of the tvs were new, you can just log into whatever subscription you use at home. There were many bikes, floaties, and towels. I would definitely rent here with a family of 5/6 or even two smaller families. The pool is huge, so kids would have the best time!

Fabulous backyard!!!

Pineapple house is a great vacation rental! It has a fabulous backyard with hot tub, pool, picnic table, firepit. Inside, there are most of the basic necessities that you may need as well as all cooking utensils, etc. The location is great, just a few miles from the beaches and restaurants. (Some restaurants are within walking distance).The place was clean and well-kept. The neighborhood is quiet and tidy. Christine responds quickly to all inquiries. I highly recommend this vacation rental!!!

The Pineapple House Delivered!

We had a wonderful family vacation at the Pineapple House. First, it was spotless and completely updated and the perfect size for our family of four. It was stocked really well, like our host thought of everything! The pool and hot tub were fantastic and we were just a short drive from shops and restaurants and activities. We will definitely be returning!

Immaculate house with responsive owner

We stayed at Christine’s place for a long weekend and had an amazing time. It is centrally located to everything in Sarasota. The house was clean and stocked with essential items. Also the king and queen beds were unbelievably comfortable. After a day of being out and about it was a delight to come back to the hot tub and pool in the backyard. Also, having a place to do laundry and access to beach accessories was very convenient. We’re looking forward to staying here again next time we are in Sarasota.

Nice get away

This home was cozy and well stocked. On a private street and quiet back yard with several amenities., The host was very attentive and kept us in the loop on everything. I would definitely stay again and highly recommend.

Unfortunately, we had to cancel our trip at the last minute due to Hurricane Milton. Fortunately, Christine was kind enough to give us a refund. She is very quick to respond to any questions I had. I hope to get the opportunity to book this beautiful hone in the future!

Perfect stay at the pineapple house

Great property in an excellent location. Close to everything. Wonderful backyard retreat. Comfy bed and house had everything we needed. Easy and quick communication with owner. Would definitely stay here again if in the area.

Stayed after tropical storm

We were supposed to stay on Siesta Key but got displaced due to flooding to Christine's property and it was our saving grace! We spent most of our vacation at the backyard pool due to red flag warnings at the beach. My whole family enjoyed the pool and spacious backyard. The house also had every item you could need including great pool toys. We stayed at a place last year that did not even have paper towel so this felt like an extreme upgrade. Christine was in great communication and we very much enjoyed. Also place was in a great location, it was quiet and off to the side but also very accessible. Would definitely stay at her place again.

This place is your own oasis!

I would definitely recommend this home, it has everything you need, and couldn’t ask for a better Host, Christine. The backyard was favorite of the home, with the in-ground pool, hot tub, fire pit and corn hole! It’s in the middle of everything! Absolutely enjoyed our stay! Clean and very welcoming!

Summer getaway

We recently spent 5 nights at the pineapple house and it was the best summer getaway. The house was very clean and had all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, close to restaurants, shopping and beautiful beaches. The host was very attentive ensuring that every detail was taken care of. I would highly recommend this property to anyone seeking a memorable getaway.

Pineapple house checks all the boxes!!

We stayed here comfortably for a week with our three teenage children. The house is well-maintained, very clean, and stocked with all the kitchen and bathroom essentials. There’s even a box fan for white noise, which we really appreciated. We were able to visit four different beaches during our stay with the longest drive being about 13 minutes away from the house. The mature landscape in the backyard in addition to the pool and hot tub is a vacation all in itself. Traffic and parking at the beaches was not a problem at all as long as you are willing to get there in the 8 to 9 o’clock hour. If you wish to snorkel point of rocks is an great location, parking is very limited and I do recommend getting there in the 7-8 o’clock-hour. There are beach chairs, floats, a cooler and beach bag for use- so no need to bring your own. We were either at the beach, in the pool or showering; if you plan on lots of water activities I do recommend bringing an extra set of beach towels. We took a sunset cruise with Beach Bum Charters and had a great time with Toby. This vacation was the perfect mix of fun, relaxation and family time! .

Wonderful place to stay

We enjoyed this house so much. The pool and hot tub are perfect for relaxing. This cutely decorated home is very well stocked with kitchen necessities, beach chairs, umbrellas, beach wagon, pool floats, bikes, cornhole. We had so much fun. The owner is super friendly and accommodating. 10/10 recommend!

Pineapple house

My family had a wonderful time. We really liked the private fenced backyard which had lots of room to play. The pool was wonderful and was the favorite part of the house for my family. The home was very clean and had plenty of room for us. The beach was only a 5 minute drive which was a big plus. Overall, this was a wonderful home and we enjoyed our stay at the pineapple house.

Christine is phenomenal and the property exactly as described

Other than a hiccup on night one after we arrived everything was splendid with the property. The host contacted us and all was well. She made us feel like valued clients. The house is fantastic with added things for use not in the description. The pool has great chairs and a new large umbrella for use. The back yard is awesome! Nothing is further than 15 minutes we wanted/needed all week. We will book again!

Amazing Property

This is our 2nd year staying at the Pineapple house and we wont stay anywhere else. Perfect location and perfect house. Christine is auper nice and always accommodating to any needs. Lots to do in the area and the pool is a nice bonus.

Amazing!

The property is amazing! We went for Memorial Day weekend and we had a blast! The house is close to restaurants and Publix 🙏😃. The beach is 15 mins away which perfect! The house has everything you need! We enjoyed the pool and the house so much! Thank you so much for an amazing stay! I cannot wait to go back!

This place has it all!!

We needed a family vacation, so we drove one hour north to another paradise! This place did not disappoint! The kitchen didn’t lack a thing. It was worth every penny. Owner was very accommodating. This place is close to everything. We would highly recommend this rental.

Perfect for us

We really enjoyed this property and highly recommend it. The house was in a safe and convenient location close to restaurants and grocery stores. Our favorite part of the property was the secluded backyard with the large pool and hot tub. We plan to rent the property again in the future.

Pineapple house

This is such a great property to start at! The house is very clean, close to all shopping and beaches. It only took 15 minutes to get to all these places from this location. The property itself is beautiful with many amenities. Our kids really enjoyed the pool. The property manager is amazing, she checked in via message x 2 while there to make sure we were comfortable. Definitely look forward to staying again.
