Dining room: Plenty of space for entertaining and a dining table to seat 4 guests.

Kitchen: Full kitchen including gas stove, oven, full size refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher. A Keurig, toaster, cups, plates, cutlery, and wine glasses/wine opener are also available. There are enough pots and pans and utensils to cook small meals.

(3) Bedrooms: Nicely sized bedrooms and two have comfortable queen mattresses. The third bedroom has a full size bed. Two of the bedrooms have work desks, one with a charging station. Extra pillows, a comforter, and a fan are in each bedroom closet.

Bathroom: Beautifully tiled shower/bathtub with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryer, fluffy towels and wash cloths.

Front porch: VRBO guests can use furniture on the front porch. There are additional patio chairs located in the first bedroom closet. VRBO hosts/owners use the front porch to access their unit as well. There can be no loud noise/music on the porch at any time and quiet hours are 9pm-9am.

Please do not park in the driveway, only street parking is available. There are 7 steps leading up to the front porch, but none in the apartment. There is a Ring camera located at the front door, but no interior cameras.
