Great house.

The house was in a great location for tampa and on a quite road. Great pool and very clean. 10/10 would stay here again. Plenty of room for multiple people.

Had a wonderful stay with my family at Casa Azul. There were only a few slightly minor hiccups during our stay, however, the host was very communicative and assisted as swiftly as possible. We missed day one of swimming in the pool, unfortunately, because it was not clean when we arrived, but it was clean by the next morning. Just in case you are looking for these items on the grounds, there isn't a cabana bed or a tiki bar area near the pool. Other than those things, an awesome stay. Also the maintenance guy was fantastic as well, he had to come help us with the water heater, so shout out to Mauro. Thanks again for everything!!

Great stay close to downtown Tampa

Our group of ten enjoyed our stay at Marlene’s place. Space was spacious for us and we enjoyed the amenities such as the ping pong table and pool. It’s very close to downtown Tampa, Ybor district and Busch Gardens. Would recommend to any large parties

Perfect

The property was clean and beautiful, and located off the beaten path in a private area but close to Tampa! They were gracious and helpful, and it was the easiest/most accommodating check out I've ever had on VRBO!

Enjoyable house on the water

The house was perfect, tucked away on a private road with a beautiful pool to soak up the sun. The communication with the host and process throughout was efficient, supportive and very communicative. We loved the house and our time at Casa Azul!

Casa Azul January stay

Excellent property, lived up to listing. Had some bad weather while there, meant spending more time in the property than planned. No problem ... loads of space, lots to do. Lovely clean residence, comfortable. Check in was a breeze. Marlene was very helpful, and comms were good.

Conclave 2024

Beautiful home and outstanding outdoor activity space. Volleyball, top notch grill, nice salt water pool and just a great space in general. Home is broken up perfectly for groups. With plenty of space to entertain or dip off to quiet part of house. Definitely would book again. P.S train is not even an issue. I actually enjoyed it coming past every so often.

UT graduation weekend 2020

We had a large group that ranges from Young cousins to older grandparents! The house was spacious and we never felt crowded. Pop and outdoor seating area was so Enjoyable! It was a quick And easy commute to Florida State Fairgrounds for the graduation ceremony. You will have to drive to get anything as there is not much within walking distance. Overall, great sty for Our purpose.

Our host was very easy to contact and work with. The house was nice in that we had plenty of room to eat together and to sit around and visit or play games. There were 12 of us. Because of the weather, we didn't really use the pool or swing. The sand/volleyball place was off limits due to erosion. We would have used the fire pit but we could not find wood to buy. The train was endearing to some and not liked by others.

Accommodating Host, house is solid for groups

Marlene was extremely accommodating and responsive. The house was clean and adequate for our larger group of a high school baseball team. The saltwater pool was great and the house had everything we needed. The train was a little loud initially, but Marlene lists that in the description and you can read about it in reviews so there should be no surprises. We all were used to it by the middle of the week. Thanks for a great stay!

Poor location.

The house is spacious and check in was simple. But for the cost of this property I was underwhelmed. First issue is the house is in a very sketchy area that left us considering alternatives. Next is that the house is 25 yards from a train rail, so close that the house shakes when the trains come through in the middle of the night and at 6am. The property also was dirty the couches and exterior furniture was filthy. This location place is probably fine for some, but not for the cost.
