Tranquility on the River

Cute and comfortable cabin right on the River. Plentiful wildlife to enjoy. The entire property is beautiful. I lived in Brevard for 5 years and would absolutely recommend this property, and plan on staying here again.

Peaceful

Enjoyed our stay in the little cottage. Sitting on the porch and listening to the water running down the river was very peaceful.

Peaceful Retreat

Very quiet and peaceful. Loved the babbling river and enjoyed relaxing on the porch overlooking it. Although I spent a lot of time touring the Asheville area it was very pleasant to come home to this retreat!

Lovely relaxing mountain cottage

Directly on Mills River with a comfortable porch overlooking. The cottage was as advertised, cozy and comfortable, clean and everything in working order. We appreciate a place that we can take our dogs, and they enjoyed the weekend, too! We saw a very friendly doe and her babies as a bonus!

Awesome Stay!!

The cottage was spotless when we arrived and was exactly as pictures and described. The whole process was so easy, Jennifer was wonderful to work with. It was a very relaxing trip and the surrounding small towns didn’t disappoint. If you are looking to relax and unwind it is the perfect spot. Being so close to the water was the best as well as the deer that would visit everyday. Thanks for sharing your place.

Very pleasant stay at the cottage

My fiancé and I stayed at the small cottage on the creek. Perfect place for two. There is a larger home that shares the property and driveway if you need more space you can rent it. The cottage sits right on the creek, which was ideal for cooling off in the summer heat. There is a large porch for drinking coffee or evening beverages, and gazing at the creek and listening to it. The bedroom has a screen door so you can listen to it from bed. During the day there is a summer camp on the other side of the creek and it can be quite noisy which is why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5. Overall we loved it and will definitely be back.

Serenity

Exactly what we needed; loved the property & rental. When we where there & not sight seeing, we spent that time on the back porch listening to the river. We loved the area. The surrounding areas / towns were so friendly, polite giving us hope in humanity again. My husband on previous vacations different states would always say I’m ready to go home before vacation was over; not once did he say this during this stay but also was ready to plan the next return visit here. The property mgr, was available if needed & we were so luckily to meet her on our last day; Jennifer was so nice, knowledgeable of area plus giving so much positive energy! We will definitely be back and was planning a date before we left. Thank you for such a great vacation

Amazing Stay

Cool stay

Went for an anniversary getaway and enjoyed every minute. We were close to everything and tried to see it all. We plan to return in the future.

Calming babbling brook

Charming cabin with comfortable accommodations located on a wonderful creek with abundant deer visiting the property. Met the owner, who was friendly and genuinely concerned about meeting our needs.
