Thank you Paul for your feedback. We sincerely appreciate you choosing our home and are sorry that parts of your stay did not meet your expectations. When you informed us that the spa heater wasn't operating correctly, we immediately sent our pool technician the following day to ensure the spa was working properly. We always make every effort to resolve maintenance issues as quickly as possible during a guest's stay. Regarding the back bedroom blind, we apologize that it was not replaced during your visit. That issue has since been addressed. The casita/playroom was not reported to us until your final day. We inspected it immediately after your departure and found that power was available—the main electrical switch simply needed to be turned back on. Had we been notified earlier, we could have resolved it within minutes so you could have enjoyed that space during your stay. We're also sorry to hear about the bunk bed ladder and spa light. These items have been added to our maintenance list for inspection and repair. We appreciate you bringing them to our attention. We provide bath towels for all guests, and we will also review our inventory of pool towels to ensure they are readily available. We recognize that the spa operating instructions may seem detailed, and we'll work on simplifying them to make them easier for future guests to follow. We take great pride in maintaining our property and personally inspect it regularly. Guest feedback helps us continue improving the experience, and we appreciate your comments.
