Amazing and fun family retreat

Eagle Ranch Estate is one of the best family vacation rentals we have ever stayed at. First, there was room for everyone for sleeping. That is so important for a big family (18 members). The two kitchens and outdoor cooking areas gave us plenty of room for fixing meals and eating together. There is ample room indoors for relaxing and outdoors there is space for relaxing, playing, walking around, looking at the animals (yes, beautiful birds, chickens, goats, and a tiny horse). There is tons to explore on the property. The indoor game room and zip line were key features for the teens and tweens. We only had a weekend, but if we come back this way, we would stay for longer. We would have liked just a little more guidance or response to our questions about how to clean up and where to put all our trash. But this did not diminish our fun. Overall, we were so pleased with our stay and highly recommend this spot for big family gatherings.

Great property well suited for a large celebrationall type gathering

Had a wedding celebration with lots of kids and adults. Plenty for the kids to do, good accomodations for adults. Short on things like pots and pans. Utensils kitchenware paper towels etc. internet did not work even though we had several “techies” work on it. The biggest frustration was getting in contact with people before we went. The greatest plus was the versatility of the property and the fun we had there.

Epic-Christmas Get-A-Way

Our mother passed away Dec 2021 and we did not want to spend Christmas at the family home. Eagle Ranch was the perfect place for a large family gathering. The 8 bedroom house is spacious and has all of the joys of home. I am thankful that I did most of the planning because we stayed in the master bedroom that is superb. We had ten kids ranging from 5-17 with us and despite the frigid weather they were able to enjoy the weekend inside with the gym, pool table and other forms of entertainment. We will most definitely return during the warmer season so we can enjoy the outdoor activities.

Thanksgiving get together

The pictures do not do the property justice. It is very nice, clean and roomy. We had a few issues when we arrived that we ended up handling ourselves. The Wi-Fi signs in home were incorrect and we didn’t have tv or Wi-Fi the first night. We got that figured out. The smoke detectors needed new batteries. Had to take them apart to stop the beeping. We had cold showers the first morning. Thank goodness we had handy men with us that figured out the pilot light was out on water heater. The downstairs heat/ air controls were out of battery. We went and got AAA batteries and that worked. We started to cook and only a few forks and spoons and only one very small skillet. We had to go buy a set of pots and pans, measuring cups and aluminum pans to cook all of our food we had brought with us on. we definitely would stay again. These things can all be taken care of for a minimum cost to owner. I think they will take care of it for the future. The outdoor kitchen was amazing.
