4000 Sq foot luxury property just 2 blocks from the Ocean. Partial Ocean views, 4 balconies, Private pool and fully fenced rear yard. Wireless Internet access, 7 flat screen smart TV's and 1 DVD player.
Newly painted and decorated in 2022
Main level features huge open floor plan, fully equipped gourmet kitchen with new 2022 Stainless Steel appliances. Breakfast bar and dining room with seating for 14.
Large living room with 55 inch flat screen 2 huge sectional sofas, swivel chair and private balcony overlooking the pool.
Main level master suite with luxury bath, jacuzzi tub, walk in shower and private deck. Upper level features 2nd master suite, private bath, walk in closet and private deck.
Three additional bedrooms and two full baths including bunk room w/ 2 Full over full bunk beds, wet bar, mini frig, flat screen TV's in every bedroom.

Lower Level rec room has full bath, wet bar, mini frig, full size 2nd refrigerator, foos ball table and 55 inch flat screen TV. French doors lead to patio and pool with exterior shower, landscaped yard with tropical palm trees, lounge chairs, picnic table, and gas grill. Golf, restaurants, shopping and Barefoot landing just minutes away. Short drive to famous Broadway on the Beach

EACH SIDE OF THE DUPLEX IS SEPARATE AND PRIVATE NOTHING IS SHARED. EACH SIDE HAS IT'S OWN PRIVATE POOL AND FENCED REAR YARD.

Great House - Short Walk to Beach

The house is well kept and was well stocked in a very nice little neighborhood just off the beach. The surrounding area was perfect for morning and evening dog walks, pool was very nice, and the beach was just 2 short blocks away.

Awesome stay, beautiful house.

The stay was wonderful. The house was spacious and had everything we needed. Also, a 3 minute walk to the beach. Would definitely recommend.

My family vacation

The property was excellent perfect for me and my family. Very clean very large with plenty of room it has everything you need, and outstanding amenities. I would love to stay here on my next visit to Myrtle Beach.

Basement needs work

Basement there were bugs and saw some in the kitchen. House needed some maintenance work done. Wouldn’t stay there again.

Three stories but great!

10 ladies from work went to enjoy the beach. The house had everything that we would need. Owners were easy to get in touch with and took good care of us.

Great VRBO

We had a fabulous time here. Plenty of space for our family gathering, and a short walk to the beach. The neighborhood is perfect for walking and we dis this daily. We also walked to Hwy 17 and rented a golf cart for 2 days which was a lot of fun. The location of this VRBO is convenient to everything there!

Crescent Beach

The house was huge with tons of living space. We did not get to use the pool (December), but the outdoor area looked nice. The house was well decorated and had plenty of kitchen utensils. Very close to beach access, easily walkable.

Spring break

The house was a perfect fit for all eighteen of us unfortunately we were unable to use the pool due to the weather the pool guy showed up and cleaned it the kids got in for a little while but it was just too cold. Everything we needed was in the kitchen. The beds were comfortable and so was the sofa

Crescent Getaway

Our 4 day getaway was exactly what was needed We were able to reconnect with family. Talking ,playing card games and watching tv was just what the doctor ordered. Oh, I can't forget shopping @ Tanger Outlet!

Great place to stay

Highly recommend renting from them. The house was very clean and had everything you could possibly want in a kitchen. No need to go out and buy cooking utensils. Plenty of room for friends and family. We had 3 with us and had plenty of space for others or to spread out. Walking distance from the beach and can see it from the end of the driveway. Definitely will be staying here again!

Great family home

This was a great house, very large and plenty of living space so you don’t feel on top of each other. The location was awesome and super short walk to beach. Pool was perfect. Walls very soundproof so we didn’t hear anyone from other unit. Take bug spray, mosquitoes were bad in back yard if you are sensitive to them.

Spring break

My wife and I, and 6 friends rode by motorcycle from Pennsylvania to stay at the North M.B property. All of our group being adults, loved the house. It was large and roomy with accommodations for everyone. We were able to walk to the beach too. The pool and area was a bit messy but it is spring and the surrounding trees make a mess. Overall we loved our stay and would return.

Family vacation

This home was very nice, and was exactly as pictured. We had a family of 10 adults and did not feel crowded at all. I did have to call the owner about the pool not circulating properly, and she was very nice and responsive. The pool service responded promptly. The only suggestion I would have for the owners is to provide linen service to occupants who desire.

Even better than expected

We had a wonderful time! The house was fantastic.. clean, fully stocked. We had a wrong size sheet and they brought it right over.. the pool was so refreshing and the beach chairs and boogie boards were appreciated. Short walk to the beach. The only complaint the kids had was that after playing 5 rounds of hide-n-seek with 10 people.. we ran out of new hiding places 🤣 Would definitely recommend!

Over the last twenty years we have traveled to the beaches of North and South Carolina dreaming of the day we could purchase our own little piece of the Ocean. Our children have long enjoyed the warm water, boogie boarding in the waves and building countless sand castles on the beach. In 2010 we purchased our dream home in North Myrtle Beach. It has plenty of room for friends and family and is just steps to the beach and minutes from local activities. We hope you will enjoy it as much as we do!

Myrtle Beach has something for everyone. Wide sandy beaches, over 100 golf courses, mini golf, restaurants, shopping and more... The water is warm in the summer and it is an easy place to travel to by car or airplane. Myrtle Beach not a 'beach town' it doesn't shut down after labor day. There is always something to do even when its too cold to go to the beach.

We can walk to the beach from our home and never have to worry about parking. After a day at the beach we can rinse off in our exterior shower and take a dip in the pool. All our favorite restaurants are just minutes away. Our home is central to all the amenities Myrtle Beach has to offer. We love to watch the sunset from the balconies. We like to feel pampered when we go on vacation which is why we have equipped our home with upscale furniture and mattresses for a comfortable stay.
