Main level features huge open floor plan, fully equipped gourmet kitchen with new 2022 Stainless Steel appliances. Breakfast bar and dining room with seating for 14.
Large living room with 55 inch flat screen 2 huge sectional sofas, swivel chair and private balcony overlooking the pool.
Main level master suite with luxury bath, jacuzzi tub, walk in shower and private deck. Upper level features 2nd master suite, private bath, walk in closet and private deck.
Three additional bedrooms and two full baths including bunk room w/ 2 Full over full bunk beds, wet bar, mini frig, flat screen TV's in every bedroom.

Lower Level rec room has full bath, wet bar, mini frig, full size 2nd refrigerator, foos ball table and 55 inch flat screen TV. French doors lead to patio and pool with exterior shower, landscaped yard with tropical palm trees, lounge chairs, picnic table, and gas grill. Golf, restaurants, shopping and Barefoot landing just minutes away. Short drive to famous Broadway on the Beach

EACH SIDE OF THE DUPLEX IS SEPARATE AND PRIVATE NOTHING IS SHARED. EACH SIDE HAS IT'S OWN PRIVATE POOL AND FENCED REAR YARD.

This is great house for a vacation.

House has alot space and is set up well.Plenty of room for a large family or a big gathering. Communication with property manager and home owner was excellent. We hope to stay again next year.

Plenty of room for everybody. The house is in a great location and check in and check out went smooth.Pool area had so many mosquitoes and biting bugs that you could not just sit in picnic table area. The house could use some maintenance and a deep cleaning.

This property is wonderful! Plenty of room to spread out, great kitchen and nice pool. Chairs, umbrellas, beach toys and cart are nice extras. Fully stocked kitchen and movies for kids. Close walk to beach. There is a large condo/rental that rents umbrellas and chairs, that shares same beach area, so get there early to mark your spot. We had a wonderful time and would recommend.

Very nice house and great location

House was in a very nice location easy walk to the beach. Plenty of room and beds for all the grandkids. Extra fridge in basement is very handy for drinks when you’re downstairs. Very satisfied with our stay.

Nice place!

This property was very nice and spacious for our family of 11. We enjoyed the pool as well as the large living room area as well as the deck overlooking the pool. Bedrooms were nice and the grandkids loved the large room with full sized bunk beds and the foosball table.A short walk to the beach was great. And the location was nice and close to a variety of stores and restaurants. The kitchen was nice and had enough cooking utensils to use.There were a few things that could be improved on. The cleaners were running behind and were not finished when we arrived. The floors were all wet so we had to wait to get in after driving for 11 hours. Once dried they still were not clean and very sandy so we re-cleaned them later on that night when kids were sleeping. A good amount of the sheets and towels were stained/dirty so the owners had new ones delivered. There were a few bugs also.Overall we really did enjoy our stay and would like to come again but think that the linen service should be an optional feature and not mandatory. The fee is very pricey for mediocre service.

Family celebrating a birthday

The home was spacious and located in a prime area, close to the beach, restaurants and attractions. The owners were easy to communicate with and were quick to replace a TV that malfunctioned. There were improvements that needed to be made to the home and the cleanliness of some rooms, especially the kitchen, was a disappointment. The requirement to keep the thermostats set to 74 made it uncomfortable, at times.

Great House - Short Walk to Beach

The house is well kept and was well stocked in a very nice little neighborhood just off the beach. The surrounding area was perfect for morning and evening dog walks, pool was very nice, and the beach was just 2 short blocks away.

Awesome stay, beautiful house.

The stay was wonderful. The house was spacious and had everything we needed. Also, a 3 minute walk to the beach. Would definitely recommend.

My family vacation

The property was excellent perfect for me and my family. Very clean very large with plenty of room it has everything you need, and outstanding amenities. I would love to stay here on my next visit to Myrtle Beach.

Three stories but great!

10 ladies from work went to enjoy the beach. The house had everything that we would need. Owners were easy to get in touch with and took good care of us.

Basement needs work

Basement there were bugs and saw some in the kitchen. House needed some maintenance work done. Wouldn’t stay there again.

Great VRBO

We had a fabulous time here. Plenty of space for our family gathering, and a short walk to the beach. The neighborhood is perfect for walking and we dis this daily. We also walked to Hwy 17 and rented a golf cart for 2 days which was a lot of fun. The location of this VRBO is convenient to everything there!

Crescent Beach

The house was huge with tons of living space. We did not get to use the pool (December), but the outdoor area looked nice. The house was well decorated and had plenty of kitchen utensils. Very close to beach access, easily walkable.

We are a family of 6 living in the suburbs of Washington DC. Over the last twenty years we have traveled to the beaches of North and South Carolina dreaming of the day we could purchase our own little piece of the Ocean. Our children have long enjoyed the warm water, boogie boarding in the waves and building countless sand castles on the beach. In 2010 we purchased our dream home in North Myrtle Beach. It has plenty of room for friends and family and is just steps to the beach and minutes from local activities. We hope you will enjoy it as much as we do!

Myrtle Beach has something for everyone. Wide sandy beaches, over 100 golf courses, mini golf, restaurants, shopping and more... The water is warm in the summer and it is an easy place to travel to by car or airplane. Myrtle Beach not a 'beach town' it doesn't shut down after labor day. There is always something to do even when its too cold to go to the beach.

We can walk to the beach from our home and never have to worry about parking. After a day at the beach we can rinse off in our exterior shower and take a dip in the pool. All our favorite restaurants are just minutes away. Our home is central to all the amenities Myrtle Beach has to offer. We love to watch the sunset from the balconies. We like to feel pampered when we go on vacation which is why we have equipped our home with upscale furniture and mattresses for a comfortable stay.
