Basement needs work

Basement there were bugs and saw some in the kitchen. House needed some maintenance work done. Wouldn’t stay there again.

Great House - Short Walk to Beach

The house is well kept and was well stocked in a very nice little neighborhood just off the beach. The surrounding area was perfect for morning and evening dog walks, pool was very nice, and the beach was just 2 short blocks away.

Spring break

The house was a perfect fit for all eighteen of us unfortunately we were unable to use the pool due to the weather the pool guy showed up and cleaned it the kids got in for a little while but it was just too cold. Everything we needed was in the kitchen. The beds were comfortable and so was the sofa

Birthday Celebration

The house was great and we enjoyed it very much. There were a few issues: 1 the house had roaches, 2 there were dirty dishes in the cabinets, and 3 there was not enough tissue. Most people don't think about this, but if you have a house that sleeps 16 guests, you need to have enough for the 16 guests. Also, I can not stress this enough, if you hire a cleaning service please make sure you check up on them. I have been using VRBO since 2019 and some of these services you are paying for are not doing their jobs.

Crescent Beach

The house was huge with tons of living space. We did not get to use the pool (December), but the outdoor area looked nice. The house was well decorated and had plenty of kitchen utensils. Very close to beach access, easily walkable.

Our 4 day getaway was exactly what was needed We were able to reconnect with family. Talking ,playing card games and watching tv was just what the doctor ordered. Oh, I can't forget shopping @ Tanger Outlet!

Crescent Beach area was the right choice during Hurricane Ian.

Upon arrival, we inspected the house and found huge dead bugs everywhere. Toilets were not clean to my expectation. They had black streaks in them. Also, one of the beds had a huge pee stain on fitted sheet and what appeared to be poop or blood on back of comforter (I have photos). Upon departure, we were told to leave beds as found thus sheets left on bed. First time ever, we have not been told to remove dirty sheets. Personally, I think the house should have been checked/cleaned prior to our immediate arrival. Instructions for Internet were incorrect on all documentation. Even the contact could not provide correct info, it was a hit/miss. House had a major water issue in middle bathroom which caused a leak into kitchen downstairs. Water pouring from ceiling in kitchen everywhere. Contact did send out a maintenance man the next morning; however, he said he was not a plumber and they had had this problem before. He also said dishwasher was broke and he had try to fix it but he was unable. Numerous water spots on ceilings throughout the entire house prior to Hurricane Ian. After Ian, we had to put a bucket in one of upstairs bedroom. I have rented from VRBO numerous times and have been completely satisfied. This house did not meet my expectations as per the photos.

Great home for family vacation!

Great home to rent with plenty of space. The kitchen was spacious and had many useful items for our stay. It was a very short walk to the beach and easy access. The only compliant would be if the AC could have been lower than 74 degrees. But overall great home and stay!

Mom 81 birthday celebration

Beautiful home. Large rooms. Check-in time is late at 3 o'clock and check-out time is at 10 am. Therefore, we felt we were missing out on time. We wanted to enjoy the day as well as the night. All the cleaning prior to leaving was a bit much! Thus the cleaning fee! Two rolls of toilet paper for a home with five bathrooms. There were multiple bugs in the home. They should have a bug service company come to the home to control the mosquito outside and the bugs in the home. We were unable to enjoy the pool due to the mosquito. Other than that, the family and I had a great time.

Great Place

The house had plenty of room. The host was very friendly and helpful when we called her. We really enjoyed our stay even though there were a few bugs and mosquitos. The only thing we would change is replacing the air hockey table with a pool table.

Amazing place

This place was even better and bigger than expected. We had so much room, even with a couple of teenagers. The walk to the beach was quick and easy. The young kids loved the pool and there was enough space for the parents to relax. The kitchen had everything we needed. which was surprising to us as we love to cook. We also loved the location. Lots of shops nearby including Barefoot Landing. Happy hour at Buoys was great. We will come back again!!

Great family home

This was a great house, very large and plenty of living space so you don’t feel on top of each other. The location was awesome and super short walk to beach. Pool was perfect. Walls very soundproof so we didn’t hear anyone from other unit. Take bug spray, mosquitoes were bad in back yard if you are sensitive to them.

We had the whole family stay here (18 people) it was amazing. Location is perfect! You are closer to the beach than you think. Plenty of room in the house and the kids really enjoyed the pool. The host was incredible to work with and responded quickly. There were a bunch of mosquitoes so don’t forget your bug spray. Also the kids loves that Dodges gas station was down the street with $.79 cent slushies. I would definitely recommend and stay again!

Even better than expected

We had a wonderful time! The house was fantastic.. clean, fully stocked. We had a wrong size sheet and they brought it right over.. the pool was so refreshing and the beach chairs and boogie boards were appreciated. Short walk to the beach. The only complaint the kids had was that after playing 5 rounds of hide-n-seek with 10 people.. we ran out of new hiding places 🤣 Would definitely recommend!

Over the last twenty years we have traveled to the beaches of North and South Carolina dreaming of the day we could purchase our own little piece of the Ocean. Our children have long enjoyed the warm water, boogie boarding in the waves and building countless sand castles on the beach. In 2010 we purchased our dream home in North Myrtle Beach. It has plenty of room for friends and family and is just steps to the beach and minutes from local activities. We hope you will enjoy it as much as we do!

Por qué eligió esta propiedad

Myrtle Beach has something for everyone. Wide sandy beaches, over 100 golf courses, mini golf, restaurants, shopping and more... The water is warm in the summer and it is an easy place to travel to by car or airplane. Myrtle Beach not a 'beach town' it doesn't shut down after labor day. There is always something to do even when its too cold to go to the beach.

We can walk to the beach from our home and never have to worry about parking. After a day at the beach we can rinse off in our exterior shower and take a dip in the pool. All our favorite restaurants are just minutes away. Our home is central to all the amenities Myrtle Beach has to offer. We love to watch the sunset from the balconies. We like to feel pampered when we go on vacation which is why we have equipped our home with upscale furniture and mattresses for a comfortable stay.
