Main Level features huge open floor plan, fully equipped gourmet kitchen, granite counters, breakfast bar and dining area with seating for 14, game table and beverage cart.
Large living room with 55 inch flat screen and covered deck overlooking the pool with outdoor seating for 10.
Main level master with luxury bath and jacuzzi tub, private deck. Upper level includes second master suite with private bath, walk in closet and private deck. Three additional bedrooms including huge bunk room with 2 Full over Full size bunk beds, wet bar mini frig and 40 inch flat screen TV and lounge/ gaming area. Bunk room also features covered deck over looking the pool with outdoor seating.
Lower Level rec room has full bath, 55 inch flat screen, wet bar and mini frig, a second full size refrigerator French doors lead to patio, private pool with lounge chairs and picnic table, and exterior shower. Pet friendly!
Golf ,restaurants and shopping are just minutes away. Short drive to Barefoot Landing and Famous Broadway on the Beach!

EACH SIDE OF THE DUPLEX IS COMPLETELY PRIVATE, NOTHING IS SHARED. EACH SIDE HAS IT'S OWN PRIVATE FENCED POOL AND BACKYARD.

Great house

We had an absolute blast with our family here! So much to do around the area and the beach was a 5 minute walk. We loved how spacious the house was and the pool was a definite plus!

Very nice home

Our family had a great time the house was very nice . When we weren’t at the beach everyone hung it at pool area . Living area was spacious and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again

Great family experience

Our week was wonderful started off slow. We didn’t get in the house until 45 to 50 minutes after check-in time that was the only sad part.

GREAT HOUSE AND GREAT LOCATION!

House had plenty of room for 2 families. Owner was great to deal with and communication was good throughout. Super close to beach and pool is added bonus! Highly recommend!

A must see!!

This is an utterly divine place to stay while visiting Myrtle Beach. It’s far more spacious than we imagined, the pictures don’t do the rental any justice. I will say, be forewarned about the water beetles; us Northerners aren’t used to those! We will definitely be back and will recommend to our friends and family.

Great place for friends!

We had a friends wedding and we stayed on both sides of the house. It was a quick walk to the beach. Very clean and had everything you could need. We did have an issue with the lock on the door but Bridgette came out and fixed it within the hour. Her response time was great.

Perfect for extended family gathering

Our extended family came from various locations to celebrate Christmas. The property in N. Myrtle Beach was approximately equal traveling distance for all 3 families. That why we chose the location. Looking at the property on Vrbo was why we chose the rental. The rental looked just like the pictures but was more roomier than we imagined which was a pleasant surprise. The host was very responsive whenever we reached out with questions. Also, we liked that the rental was a short walk to the beach.

Great for family getaway

The property is beautiful and the pictures don’t do it Justice the kitchen is amazing! Enough space for everyone to be comfortable and really self explanatory for check in and check out. The linen service was great there was enough towels and wash cloths for everyone during our stay. Only negative was a few of the outside amenities were not together during our stay. We couldn’t use any of the grills cause they were not clean. The pool was not clean when we arrived and we had to scoop out the leaves in order to enjoy it. It did get clean by the 3rd day of our stay. I would definitely stay again!

Family beach week

Great location for our family meet up. We had all ages. It was an easy walk to the beach. The many stairs were a little challenging for the oldest and youngest. Overall it was an excellent choice. We paid for linen services and had plenty of towels and clean sheets. The private pool was nice during the hottest part of the day because it is mostly shaded with a breeze. The kitchen was stocked with all the dishes and cookware we needed (with the exception of a sharp knife). Lots of space for the teens to get away from adults. I would be happy to visit again!

Great vacation house!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was HUGE! It was clean, well furnished, and had great amenities. We loved all the extra seating. We also Loved the beach chairs and umbrellas available for use. The only con was the house temperature. Keeping the thermostat at 74 was too warm for most of us, as we keep our houses very cold at home. If you like a cooler house, bring some extra fans. Room darkening curtains may help with afternoon heating. We would definitely stay here again! The host was great to work with and responded quickly.

Big enough for everyone!

We had a very nice vacation at this home in North Myrtle Beach. It is extremely spacious and there was enough room for our 13 people to sleep and eat and not be ontop of each other. The beach is such a short walk it was wonderful. Pool, outside grill and other great amenities made this a great choice for our vacation this year. Lot's of great shops and activities in walking or driving distance. Nexus VR arcade was great on rainy days. Dino's Pancake House was excellent for breakfast. Do go visit Alligator Adventure and the excellent Duplin Winery next door. Terry the owner had great communication. He was very helpful when I made the mistake of forgetting linens for the beds and towels for the bathroom, he put me in contact with a linen service that delivered linens and towels that Saturday night we arrived. Thumbs up for this home and vacation. Rent for your next trip.

Very disappointing Family Vacation

Home was not clean when we got there. Pool and patio were covered in debris. Pool very small for such a large home. No pool maintenance throughout our stay. Roaches everywhere. Not enough parking for large groups and the mattresses on every bed was horrible. Refrigerator leaked on the kitchen floor all week and ice maker does not work. We have reached out to the owners and no response since July 22nd. If you are going to charge $5k a week you should really upgrade appliances and buy new mattresses and get rid of the roaches.

Thanksgiving at the Beach!

Checkin was easy and smooth and house was very clean and no funky smells. We had an issue with the kitchen sink while I was thawing out the Thanksgiving 🦃 but contacted the property manager and was able to FaceTime with them to troubleshoot and he sent a plumber out the next day. Beds were comfy, drawers in dressers had a few things left behind from previous guests but, the house is big and accommodating to my entire family. My suggestions: - take a bubble bath in the master bath! - enjoy the sun rise from the front balconies - note there is a dumpster for bags only across the street if you confuse your home garbage day with vacation rental garbage day. 😂 - take a mixer if you plan on cooking or baking, also muffin pan, cake pan and pie dish. - beware of the upstairs bathroom doorknob, it comes off - shells 🐚 were everywhere on the beach and the beach chairs and beach toys were a HUGE help and convenience. - don’t forget there is an outdoor shower too if your littles forget to rinse off after a trip to the beach. - RELAX & REST because you’ll certainly be able to at this vacation home…… WE WILL BE BACK!

Great, but...

Pros: -lots of space and room to spread out -two seperate guests stayed on the other side and we never heard them while indoors. -great location, close to beach and other resorts -charcoal and gas grill -owner was very pleasant and quick to respond to messages -beach toys, chairs and umbrella for use -baby gate for use in garage -keurig and 12 cup coffee maker Cons -Cockroaches, Palmetto bugs, whatever you wish to call them EVERYWHERE the first two days inside and out. We were informed the morning of our arrival that an exterminator was spraying that day. -stains on the mattresses (only reason we know this is bc the washing machine was broken so the owner sent bedding to be delivered and we had to put them on ourselves) -not much room to store food in cabinets. Previous renters didn't clean out things they have brought -stove took an hour to pre heat one evening for dinner -water & ice machine do not work on refrigerator. -pool was sooooo cold and was shaded most of the day. It was pretty hot went we went (80s all week) and the kids still refused to go in the pool. Over all it was a fun trip with my family. There were 6 adults and 4 toddlers. We stayed at side B.

Annual Family Vacation

We really enjoyed the property; location was great, and the unit was clean. There was plenty of room for our group with privacy for the young and older generations. The only suggestions I would give is to make the wireless username and password a little clearer. The book unit did not list the correct username and password. We needed to contact the owner.

Perfect for large family vacation

We had 13 people including a baby, kids, teens and adults and the house was perfect. Very spacious, we loved all the bedrooms and bathrooms, plus the extra living room downstairs. Location was awesome, only 2 blocks from the beach in a quiet neighborhood. Pool was a little cold but the kids/teens didn’t care and swam a lot. We used the grill a couple times and the kitchen a lot and everything worked well/as expected. Host was very responsive to minor issues and resolved them very quickly. Our only complaint was the bugs, we saw many bugs inside, which is somewhat expected when you’re at the beach but was more than we’d experienced staying in other properties in the Myrtle Beach area. Thankfully we had several brave bug killers in our group. Overall we loved the property and how clean and spacious it was, and the location was amazing. We would consider renting again!

Family, Fun & Sun

Traveled in from AL to meet up with family in NC for a start of summer family beach trip. This property was excellent! It was clean, well stocked, SPACIOUS, and very well kept. We had younger and older family members, the distance to the beach was wonderful and easy for all family members to walk. Beach access was easy and distance from entrance to water was surprisingly short! Everyone loved it and ready to rebook next year! The word is out though, so we may need both sides LOL! Book with these owners, you will not be disappointed.

We are a family of 6 Native to Northern Virginia
just outside of Washington DC. Our professions are Real Estate and Home Improvement. We love to spend time at the beach as a family and continually improve our properties .We visit several times a year and hope to retire there one day. Our oldest son attends the University of South Carolina and enjoys visiting Myrtle Beach whenever he gets a break from his studies.

We've owned one side of this duplex since 2010. When side B became available for sale we couldn't wait to purchase it so other families could enjoy our fabulous beach experience.
This property is so large there is plenty of room to spread out. We never feel crowded even when we have a large group of family and friends staying with us.
The beach is so close and with the access right on our street its only a 3 minute walk. The location is also fantastic for dining, shopping, golfing ,and sight seeing.

We like to be pampered when we travel which is why why we prepared this home with elegant furnishing and comfortable mattresses.
The back yard pool is great for children and the balcony views are lovely. The two car garage and large driveway offer ample parking for large groups.
