The host was SUPER accommodating for all my requests, very fast responses, great property. The photos are extremely accurate! The kitchen is fully stocked & extra fridge space in the garage. 10/10 recommend

Our stay at the Highball was amazing and comfortable. Beds were comfortable, furniture was clean and also comfortable. Location for river was perfect and the views were beautiful! The best part of the stay was the views and privacy. Kelly was an amazing host and always willing to help with anything we needed. I would definitely recommend staying here anytime of the year because the views are worth it!

I seriously care to go no where else. This is my vacation spot. We had the BEST time. It’s stunning, everything is labeled, and everything you need or want is there. I can not recommend enough! Can’t wait to go back.

Yearly summer fam/friends get together

The property over exceeded our expectations. The views were amazing. There was something for everyone to enjoy, from cooking, swimming, playing games, to early morning walks! This was by far our favorite vacation spot!

Luxury for Large Groups!

This place had it all! The coffee bar, pool, and hot tub were a few of our favorite things! We were able to have space as needed and never felt crowded. There is plenty of space to spread out and tons of seating options everywhere. We loved this place and would stay again!

Excellent Stay!

This property is even better than the photos! Very modern architecture, incredible interior design and lots of windows to take in the breath-taking views of the valley. It was also very well-equipped for large groups - plenty of dishes, games, seating, and space! The host was incredibly responsive and made sure our stay was perfect. We had an amazing time and will be back!

Best vacation ever!

It’s hard to find a home to rent that fits so many people comfortably so this rental is a gem!!! Everything about this beautiful home is amazing from the views to the amenities. All 8 kids were entertained the entire stay with the hot tub/pool, video games, board games, air hockey etc. Booking was easy and the hosts go above and beyond. We had a great time and can’t wait to book here again!

Kelly is the quintessential host and guide to what awaits you when you book at this luxury resort villa. There’s an element of confidence in everything that she and the Highball Resort offer. Rarely is there so much character and personality in an actual dwelling, but it’s by design that Kelly has created this experience for guests to enjoy. It would take a few days to truly engage in the entirety of the spaces where magic happens in this home, so make sure to give yourself a four day stent to soak in all that is …the Highball by Speakeasy Resorts! Kudos Kelz! Job well done, and best wishes for decades of success!

Whether enjoying morning coffee or relaxing in the evening, the scenery added a peaceful and memorable touch to our stay. Awesome!!!

We had an amazing stay at the Highball by Speakeasy!!! The property was not only stunning and spacious - it had something to do for every age group !!! The hilltop views, Star filled nights, absolutely beautiful infinity pool And hot tub - it was high end resort style type of stay. We played shuffleboard, ping pong, darts, corn hole, games, etc. And it was 5-10 min drive to the Frio River - we can’t wait to go back again!!!

INCREDIBLE!

The Highball was way better than advertised! Breathtaking views - the pictures from the listing do not compare. We had the best time! There’s no need to leave because you have everything there! Kelly was the best host I’ve ever worked with. She was very welcoming, informative, and quick to reply when we had questions. I’ll never stay anywhere else in Concan. Can’t wait to come back!

Exceeded our expectations

Our family have been going to Concan/Garner State Park for over 25 years. Every trip has been great. This time we rented the Highball by Speakeasy for a full week. This trip was by far the best trip we have ever had. The home was absolutely perfect. There was never a single issue or problem. The views, the home, the pool, the nice breeze, the beautiful sunrise everything was perfect. We are already planning on returning next year.
