All holidays, including spring break, will be charged at the peak rate.

Brand new home with a pool in the Hearstone subdivision. Seven bedrooms, seven and a half baths. This home will accommodate up to 33 guests. Has an outdoor entertainment area with an outdoor fireplace, gas griddle, and a wood/charcoal grill. Outdoor TV and speakers for streaming music. An outdoor fire pit for toasting s'mores. Stay at this unique home for a time you will cherish forever.

What to Bring:
LINENS: Bring linens and pillowcases (pillows and bedspreads are provided) (see below
in the miscellaneous section regarding the ability to rent linens)
TOWELS: Bath towels, washcloths, kitchen towels, and pool towels.
CHAIRS: Bring folding or sack chairs to take to the river. The chairs at the rental should not be removed from the property.
PAPER GOODS: Paper towels, toilet paper, napkins, paper plates, plastic cups, plastic ware.
SOAP: Dish washing, laundry, and hygiene products
BBQ: There are BBQ cooking utensils, but remember to bring charcoal/lighter/matches.
Your kitchen is complete with dinnerware, silverware, glasses, basic cookware, coffee pot, microwave, pots & pans.

We provide:

Friends who Frio

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had the most amazing weekend! We wanted to celebrate the start of the summer with our friends. We had 7 families stay all together and we could not have asked for a better house. Every family had their own bedroom and bathroom. Also very large living/ kitchen area, so a lot of room to spread out. Best part was the little grassy area. We would get back from our long day of floating the river and all the kids would spread out on the turf playing games or coloring. Can't wait to book again!

Amazing Location

Beautiful property

Favorite Firehouse

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house is absolutely beautiful and the REAL fire hydrant shooting water into the pool was awesome. I loved that there were three primary bedrooms with king size beds. It was also nice having three refrigerators (2 inside and 1 in the garage). The outside speakers were great, too. And the artificial grass was nice and soft for us to sit on and play with the one year old. We also liked the texture on the porch floor; it made it so easy to move the chairs. Loved the cubbies in all the rooms for luggage (very smart, wish all the houses had this addition). Only complaint was that the outdoor grill was not cleaned (was EXTREMELY dirty and full of grease). Definitely recommend QA checking houses after being cleaned by housekeeping. This has been my favorite house in Heartsone! Thank you to the firefighters for your service!
