Welcome to our bright & modern one bedroom apartment, minutes from Gordon Beach, with balcony. Located on Gordon street in between Ben Yehuda and Dizengoff streets, this apartment is the perfect place for a small family or corporate travelers looking for an authentic Tel Aviv experience. You will be able to access a lot of the points of interest of Tel Aviv - beach, cafés and restaurants, bars and clubs - within minutes and yes be quiet at home since the apartment has double glazing windows and is off the main road.
THE SPACE
This is a newly renovated 65 sqm apartment with 1 bedroom.
There is a bright and large living space, divided between the living room, the dining area and the kitchen.
Living room furnished with 2 comfortable couches and equipped with a flat screen TV.
Fully equipped open plan kitchen.
Dining area with a table that can accommodate up to 6 people.
Access to a private furnished balcony.
Bedroom: Queen size bed, full height closet for your belongings, flat screen TV.
Full Bathroom with walk in shower.
Extra guest toilets.
INCLUDED AMENITIES
- Central AC/heat.
- Bed linens and towels provided for each guest.
- Washing machine and dryer in the apartment.
- Iron and board.
- Hi speed Wifi.
- Toiletries starter kit: shampoo, shower gel, hand soap and toilet paper.
- Cooking starter kit: Oil, vinegar, salt and pepper. Coffee, tea and sugar. Dish soap.
EXTRA SERVICES UPON REQUEST (prices incl. VAT)
- Baby bathtub: 50 ₪ per stay.
- Pack 'n play: 100 ₪ per stay.
- Wooden crib: 500 ₪ per stay. Please notify us at least 24h in advance.
- Baby high chair: 50 ₪ per stay.
- Extra cleaning during stay: 80₪ per hour+20₪ transportation. 1 hours minimum.

The entire apartment is at your disposal for a pleasant stay.
Our team members do their best to be available for our guests, either in person, by email, phone or messages.
We personally greet our guests on request. Should you require such a personal check in please let us know in advance.
We will be happy to answer all your questions and provide recommendations for your stay. Our team members speak English, French, Hebrew, Russian and a bit of German and Danish.

PASSPORT AND VAT
- The main guest must present a copy of their passport at the time of the booking and prior entering the apartment.
- Israeli citizens are obliged, by law, to pay an extra 18% VAT of the total booking price.
- The main guest must submit a copy of a valid tourist visa, (the border pass, a blue slip that they will receive at the immigration authority upon arrival in Israel) in order to be exempted from paying VAT. This exemption applies only to people entering Israel on a B/2, B/3, B/4 visa or entering according to a special entry permit, such as diplomats.
- Tourists who fail to present a valid tourist visa will be charged an extra 18% VAT.
- VAT collection, when applicable, must take place before entering the property.
- The management reserve the right to deny entry to the property to a guest unable to present a valid border pass or unwilling to pay 18% VAT while mandatory. In such a case the standard cancelation policy will apply and the price of the booking will be due in full.
THE NEIGHBORHOOD
The apartment is located in between the trendy and central Ben Yehuda street and Dizengoff street on Gordon street, meaning that it's just a 2 min walk from the beach, a short distance from the old historic Jaffa, Old North of TLV or the new port of TLV. The apartment is embedded within the TLV lifestyle with all the coffee shops, restaurants, shopping and nightlife that TLV is known for.
GETTING AROUND
You can do everything on foot or rent a city bicycle from a nearby station on Ben Yehuda.
There are countless buses running from Hayarkon and Dizengoff streets which will take you about anywhere in Tel Aviv and around. If you plan on using buses or trains, you'll need to purchase a RavKav card (available at the airport or in the train stations) and load some money on it using the RavKav app on your phone.
Lastly we recommend using the app Gett to order taxis when needed.
