The huge one bedroom apartment is central and 2 minutes away from the famous Frishman beach. It is bright and sunny but fresh air blows from the Mediterranean sea. All the amenities exist including AC, washer and dryer, TV, and DVD. You also have a WiFi connection. The kitchen is fully equipped with utensils. The shower has towels. The bedroom has linens and a wardrobe for you. The double bed is comfy.

I am a Professor of Philosophy. I also teach literature and art, theater, and film. I live in this apartment during the academic year, when I teach. Yet I leave Tel Aviv to write and lecture in other universities in America and in Europe. I received my education at Yale and have been collaborating with colleagues from Copenhagen, Berlin, Prague, Wroclaw...I like to meet new people and this is the reason that I travel so much. I like to go to the gym in every city that I come to. I spend hours in libraries. I like the movies and the theater. I speak fluently English, French, and Hebrew.

This property is very central and very close to the beach. It is also very modern and comfortable. Because it is mine and I live in it at lease 7 months a year it is also very well taken care of. The equipment is always in great shape so you may use the AC and the washer and the dryer. The apartment is always very clean. If you should encounter any difficulties Yosef, the caretaker of the apartment will immediately help you and solve the problem.

The main benefit is that the apartment is huge, central, close to the beach, and yet very quiet. You will feel that it is very easy to leave home immediately get to the beach or to a good restaurant.
