Great location, clean and easy

Condo was extremely clean (should be for cleaning costs), check in/out was simple and the location was great. We had a great time. Would recommend.

perfect location

Loved having the chairs and umbrella set up for us and in same location everyday. Beautiful balcony view, easy walk to the beach and area restaurants.

Simply amazing

This property has an amazing view and was exactly as described. It was clean had very easy access to the beach. We enjoyed our stay and will be back!

The view was amazing! Beach access was super easy. Condo was clean and plenty of room for me and my family. LOVED waking up to the view.

Great condo at a great price!

Everything with this condo was exactly as described! Super clean and the beach service was great! No complaints from anyone in the family! The pool was also really nice to cool off as well as the hot tubs. Would stay here again for sure.

Great location at Miramar Beach

This condo was perfect for a beach vacation! Easily accessible to the beach, just walk across the street! Had beach chairs in the closet for use, as well as beach toys. Very comfortable beds and provided towels and most things you'd need to cook. Very pleased with our stay! Communication was wonderful!

Great location!

We had a great time during our stay. The condo was very clean. Our favorite parts were the view- the pictures are very accurate! And we loved that beach service was included every day. They had chairs and an umbrella with our name on it reserved after the first day. Would highly recommend!

Great Property! Beautiful ocean view!

We came to Miramar for the Moon Crush concert festival. Our building was a 10min walk to the concert, and right on the ocean! Balcony with only the ocean to see, great pools and walk across the crosswalk to the beach. The property was perfect, had everything we needed.

Great Getaway

The property was clean and comfortable. The location is perfect. It really is just steps from the beach. There is a lot of traffic on the street but it did not bother us, we actually enjoy the people watching. The balcony is high enough that you can sit back and enjoy the ocean view without seeing the street. There is a souvenir shop and small store on site and restaurants within walking distance. We enjoyed a day at Big Kahunas Water Park and took a party fishing trip on the Destniny.

Condo was as listed

We arrived at the condo at check in time and it was ready to go. No issues during our stay, no concerns. The communication and layout was great. A few things could be brought up to speed to reflect price however it was clean and I would definitely stay here again.

Great location!

Overall our stay was good. We loved the closeness to the beach and the pools. Upon arrival there was hair on both bathroom floors and a few dishes we had to wash before using when removed from the cabinet. We never were able to figure out all of the remotes but we didn’t watch TV much so it wasn’t an issue for us.

Satisfied with stay

Condo could use being touched up a bit, wasnt bad just showed some age. Door lock was suspect, didnt funtion very well so it didnt feel very secure. Didnt like the secluded walled off pool area, no breeze at all. Location and proximity to the beach was nice.

Miramar Beach Vacation

The property managers were amazing. We had questions to ask and they always answered or got back to us right away. The Condo could use a nice fry pan. The ones they have are in bad shape. Other than that all was great. They had plenty of bath towels. Hand soaps, detergent and 4 dish washed tablets were supplied. Plus 2 small shampoos and soaps for bath were supplied They also had a roll of paper towels, new sponge, and 2 roll toilet paper each bath. It was very quiet and the view is fantastic.

Family spring break

My family and I had a wonderful time at Majestic Sun. It was a nice location and my kids had fun in the indoor pool. Unfortunately the outside pool was incredibly cold and no one could ever swim because it was so cold so it left everyone to swim in the indoor pool where we couldn't enjoy the weather outside because all the kids were too cold. The cleanliness wasn’t to our standard, we needed to sweep and vacuum, as there was sand and hair on the floor. Wear and tear in the place which happens overtime, but expected it to be a bit nicer.

The unit is facing the beach. Balcony that looks over the street and beach. Loved sitting there having my morning coffee. VERY convenient to walk right over to beach! Remember to take any seasonings and "cooking" oils you would normally use at home. (extra roll of toilet paper/kleenex) Master bedroom large with double bowl sink. Management was friendly and always responded immediately if needed. AND 2 chairs with umbrella comes with it. Set up when you go down!! We will go back!

Great Location; Needs a lot of updating

Property was a great location and easy access back and forth to the beach. Rented a golf cart for two days and it was so nice to just ride and drive that as opposed to getting vehicle out all the time. Beautiful views of ocean!! The cons are the property needs a lot of updating. shower liner was old and mildewed; master bath shower head had big open hole from neck of shower; cleaning crew didn't clean too well before we arrived as we had to mop ourselves; cable box in extra bedroom didn't work; lots of dings on walls so in need of new paint job. Overall, we had a great time and property manager was always quick to respond and we made do with the condo!

My Experience

Overall, this place was a five star. It was a little smaller than I was expecting but felt comfortable for my family of 6. Smaller balcony but amazing view. Loved the pool.
