Spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom open concept living. Sleeps 10 comfortably - Room for 2 additional people. FANTASTIC view of the lake (open water) sets the tone for a relaxing stay. BRAND NEW expanded double dock [12/25] The boat lift is available upon request. Please let us know if you are planning on bringing your boat.

Modern kitchen, Keurig coffee maker, regular coffee pot, microwave, blender, griddle [for extra cooking space], lots of spices and cooking oils, pots, pans, baking sheets, towels, paper towels, plates, bowls, cups and silverware. Lots of gadgets for cooking at home to take in the amazing view.

Each adult bed has extra comfort bed topper with plenty of extra pillows. Beds comfortably sleep 10 with extra space for 2 on the couch or blow up bed.

Stunning Multi-Level Dock - Enjoy lake life at its best on our beautifully designed, multi-level dock. The spacious lower deck is perfect for fishing, swimming, or simply relaxing by the water, while the upper-level rooftop deck offers breathtaking panoramic lake views. It’s an ideal spot for morning coffee, sunset cocktails, or stargazing. A true highlight of the property! We also have 2 kayaks, a paddle board and water toys galore. *The house itself is 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, sleeps 10 comfortably. There is a couch sleeper or blow up bed to accommodate 2 more (6 adults and 6 children)*

We have covered outdoor patio seating for 12 to take advantage of the calming water. We also offer a screened in porch if you don't want to sit in the open air. It is perfect for morning coffee or hanging out while the kids play in the spacious yard.

We have a propane grill on the covered patio - one side is for grilling and one side is for smoking [pellet smoker. You will need to bring your own pellets]. We also have extra fold-able tables available for you to use in the garage.

The backyard has plenty of space for outside games (we offer corn hole and ladder ball) . The fire pit and chairs down by the lake are a perfect way to enjoy the s'mores and sunsets.

* 3-night minimum stay on Holiday Weekends and in the summer!!
* Pets: We are happy to accommodate your dogs (under 50 lbs please) - 2 maximum. There is a mandatory Pet Fee.
* There are several outdated photos of our outside dock / deck. Photos will be updated Spring 2026. I have put a few photos of our new 2 story dock / deck. It is AMAZING.

House was perfect for our family and friends, even with the lake level as low as it was. Laura did relay concern and informed us before arrival. We were still able to rent a pontoon for the day and access from the house so it was not an issue for us. The morning walks were amazing, watching the sunset from top of the deck was the highlight of our weekend. Thank you Laura.

Everything was great! The house has a great lake view, well manicured back yard with a good fence for pets, and had everything inside that you could possibly ask for...The dock sits in a deeper water area than many docks, so despite extremely low water levels throughout the lake we were able to pull our pontoon boat up to the double decker dock! The host (Laura) was very helpful with the entire process and was very responsive to our questions. Thank you Laura again for a great weekend and we will definitely be back! Take care,-Lance

We had an amazing time even though it was a bit chilly there was plenty of amenities inside the house to keep us entertained the house was fully stocked with all our needs we would definitely stay here again!!

Lakeview Home had all the conveniences and furnishings one needed for a peaceful and relaxing lake get away. The kitchen setup was very convenient as well as the patio. The property is well shaded and the grounds well kept. The dock is very nice with great view of the evening sunset from the top deck. There are kayaks, tube and water floats for guests to use. The home is easy to get to from DFW area and there are grocery and supply stores within few minutes drive of the house. Overall a very nice property and home for a few days of unwinding from the city.

My family had a wonderful time at this charming lake house. While out visit was short, it provided all we needed while we visited the area for a friend's wedding. The hostess was very responsive and helpful. Honestly a wonderful house and setting

Everything was great. The main tv didn’t work but we come to fish not watch tv so it was no big deal.

Relaxing Lakefront Vacation

This property had everything we needed for a perfect family retreat on the lake! From the gorgeous lake view/large yard, to the stocked kitchen, to the clean comfortable home. We look forward to returning!

This home took our breath away when we walked through the doorway. There are views from almost every room in the house. Looking at the water is calming to us. We LOVE the high ceilings and light the huge windows let in. This is a perfect home to host family reunions or friends for a long weekend.

The dock is one of our favorite places at our home. We have a second story where you can view calming sunsets.

The screened in porch has a table and chairs, perfect for morning coffee, or hanging out while the kids play in the yard. There is also a covered porch that connects with the Master Bedroom.
The backyard has plenty of space for outside games. The fire pit and chairs down by the lake are a perfect way to enjoy the s'mores and sunsets.
Kayaks, tubes, floats, and life jackets are available for use. Mooring Whips are attached to the boat dock to secure your boat, boat lift is unavailable for guest use.
We have a foosball table in the garage, corn hole, Yardzee, and big Dominos for outside games.
