Fantastic (waterside) lake views pull at you from sunrise to sunset; you never want to leave the porch. LARGE fenced in yard (lakeside) - peace and tranquility just 70 miles from Dallas! Sometimes, you can catch glimpses of a white heron, ducks, cardinals, and several other birds...you will feel tranquility here.

The kitchen is a home cook’s dream. This home can fit a large family, but is also perfect for just two. This home is perfect for making memories. The open concept great room has vaulted ceilings with the amazing views of the lake as the centerpiece. We are located in an area that is PERFECT for swimming. We have a paddle board for your personal use.

3 NIGHT MINIMUM STAY FOR SUMMER & HOLIDAY RENTALS.

Owners, Laura & Dan manage 3 Lake Front Properties.

We understand the need to get away and take a break in a safe, serene setting with your family. All you need to do is come and relax, sit back with your feet up and take in the beautiful lake views. Let the kids run in the fully fenced lakeside yard, fish off our small dock [or community dock] and enjoy a splash in the water.

We offer family friendly services and are available to answer your questions promptly.
A fantastic newer style home on Cedar Creek Lake. Bright and open. Whether lake levels are high or low {lake levels fluctuate - we are on a cove}, your family can play at the water's edge, collect seashells or venture out deeper to enjoy your water toys. We have a paddle board and lily pad - they can be tied up to our dock in our protected cove. You can enjoy building an evening fire in the firepit, all the while enjoying the privacy this cove has to offer your family.

There are water views from nearly every room in the house. The immense back porch makes it possible for Mom and Dad to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening while watching the kids playing in the water. Dream house is what we call it, we think you will too!

We are on a pie shaped lot - Please be conscientious with our neighbors space. 6 cars only please. Also, quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am.
For the security of our guests and the safety of our home, we have external security cameras located outside the front door and above the back door.
Pet Policy- we allow up to 2 dogs under 50 lbs. No pets on furniture. Please pick up after them. There is a $100 non refundable fee.

Cozy house with wonderful views. Wish lake levels were higher but the homeowner has no control over that. Enjoyed our stay and would stay again!

Loved, loved, loved the covered patio looking out over the lake. Was a shame that the lake level was low, but it was still enjoyable. Particularly enjoyed the sunrises - so peaceful!! It was a quiet and relaxing trip - exactly what we needed. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

It was a wonderful time. I spent most of my time on the back porch watching the birds, ducks and lake. Very peaceful and relaxing.

We enjoyed ourselves very much and the communication between ourselves and the owner was outstanding. In my opinion, the only blemish about this property is if the lake is 3 feet or more down, there isn’t any water in front of the property. However, this is a great property if you just want to relax or have a home base for the area.

Great stay with beautiful views!! The back porch and backyard were so wonderful to spend time in during all hours of the day! From sunrise to sunset, there was so much to see, boaters, jet skis and nature! We were able to bring our puppy last minute which was a huge blessing. The kitchen was great to cook in and even had lots of spices on hand which was a wonderful addition! Would definitely recommend this home for a great family stay!

The home was very comfotable. The host had left us a basket of snacks which was very sweet. The home was very clean and inviting. Very quiet neighborhood. If the wind had not been so strong, we would gave loved sitting on the back porch for the beautiful views, so accommodating.

Two friends and myself just had a wonderful week at your cute Waterfront house on Cedar Creek Lake. The location was great and easy to get to. We had everything that we needed including a great guide to area restaurants and things to do and a beautiful view to enjoy. We love coming to Cedar Creek Lake and hope to come back soon!

We purchased this lake house because we fell in love with it the minute we walked through the door. The HUGE open room in the center of the home, with amazing lake views brought us peace. We love to travel, but most of all we love our family & friends. We believe we found the perfect place to spend time together and enjoy a little bit of God's beautiful creation!

Many homes around the lake were built in the 70's and 80's. We wanted a newer home, one with water views. For us, this home was a rare find, a treasure, a perfect lake home offering privacy, room to play and magnificent views. We are also on one level - that means NO STAIRS!

It is situated in a quiet neighborhood on a cul-de-sac. Very tranquil, peaceful. Our home has a HUGE yard with an amazing view of the lake.
