Beautiful View!!

The property is a cute cabin with a beautiful view overlooking the creek. Sunset view is awesome. The host is super nice and informative, beds are comfy. We had a great stay!

Good stay

The cabin is in a good location, was easy to get into, and was comfortable. They had plenty of space heaters if needed. Thanks

Sister trip

The cabin was great, but our old bodies didnt like the hill very much. Very quiet, great shower and enjoyed visiting with Brenda who came to the cabin a couple of times. Ron was great to work with!

VRBO quality standards NOT met

The listing is unclear and misleading. This is a duplex. The deck is shared with the other side of the duplex and the privacy is an issue. The listing does not state explicitly that in order to get to the cabin you have to pay to get into the park even if you are not using the park. The driveway is almost undrivable unless you have a 4 wheel drive. All 5 air conditioners are window units. 2 of them do not work. The electrical work is subpar. The deck and steps are VERY dangerous to those with mobility issues and the elderly. The toilet rocks when you sit on it. There are urine stains that look like they have not been washed on the fold out couch. The bed also had stains on the mattress and mattress cover but the cover had been washed. There were dead bugs on the mattress cover in between the fitted sheet. The extra blankets had people and pet hair on them like they had not been washed. This place was a hole.

I tried everything to accommodate this guest. It is very important to me to try and make guests happy and I always respond back. Guest was mad because they had to pay the park fees which I do not control. I sent the instructions out. Instructions stated that the guest is responsible for Park admissions and it was in multiple locations on the instructions. It also states that the cabin is inside Turner Falls Park. A link was sent to purchase admissionb to Turner Falls Park. I offered a solution on Friday before she stayed and but she decided to stay. Second there was an issue with the pull out bed and a small stain. I offered to send someone out and also refund her money but she decided to stay. Also this guest stated that she only had two towels. I stated on the instructions that we do not provide towels. But I had two towels there as a courtesy. Also, sent someone out to bring more towels in the morning. The guest was going to a family reunion and did not call me and tell me that she did not want to stay until 5:53 on the evening. She asked me for a refund on the second night. I would not have a problem if she had let me know in the morning. She stated she did not have cell phone signal where she was located. Sorry she were not happy. Some people you just cannot make happy.

Nice getaway

Quaint place inside the park. Very easy walk to the waterfall. Loved the outside deck areas! Great amount of space for 2 people. Only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars was cleanliness. Floors need to be swept and mopped, and when we pulled out the. Couch bed in the living room, there’s a huge urine stain along with several other smaller stains. We flipped it over and found the other side much ‘cleaner’. A critter was in the walls/attic that made a lot of noise at night. Well equipped kitchen. Ron was super friendly and quick to respond anytime I reached out. Not far from town if you need anything. Overall, great d
