This was the perfect place for our family! It accommodated our group that ranged in ages between 82 to 7 months. It is the perfect 1900’s Maine home! Loved all the character and charm!

We had a wonderful time at Carl's place! The house was very accommodating to our multi-generational family and we all had a blast swimming and kayaking. We had everything we needed for our week and the check in/out process was very smooth. Carl was an incredibly responsive host. We've already booked again for next year!

Great house you could probably even sleep more than what it sates it sleeps. If there is anything and it is really not a negative was that part of the basement did not have a ceiling, just open rafters.

This was our second time booking this home on the lake for our annual ice fishing trip and it did not disappoint—very nice house and close to Grateful Grain Brewing, the local bait shop, and some stores.

Fall family fun

We had a great time staying at sunfish cove! Very spacious home with great views of the water! Really enjoyed the fire pit and the outdoor amenities!

The house was bigger than the pictures make it look, very clean and lots of room and space for our family of 15! We absolutely loved the house and enjoyed all of the kayaks, paddle boat and canoe. Lots of fish were caught (and released) The only cons were the kitchen lighting was very dim and the stove top light had no bulb so cooking once it was dark made it hard to see. There was no mini fridge in the game room as advertised but luckily we brought coolers as well. A few of the twin mattresses were uncomfortable (sunk down) according to the people who slept on them. The floor vent cover in the kitchen was not attached and slipped around leaving an open hole. We really enjoyed our multi generation family stay (3 yrs to 82 yrs!) and would definitely return! Very helpful and quick responses from the owners. Beautiful view from the master bedroom! We played lots of games at the many tables and the wrap around porch was loved by all!

A long needed get together ages 3 to 79. 3 generations had a great time catching up. Property was clean and as advertised. Very Happy we chose Sunfish Cove!

Family trip

We had a wonderful stay. Everything was clean and the amenities were perfect. The kids had fun with all the games. The hosts responded quickly to all questions and had great suggestions for activities in the area. When we return we will be sure to stay again.

What a great spot. Perfect for our friends getaway holiday. Enough beds for everyone, room to spread out and not be on top of each other, but be together if we chose to. The kitchen had everything we needed and then some. We were delighted when someone would say 'hey did anyone bring' and the reply was always to look in some spot in the kitchen because someone in our crew had seen the item.

Amazing!!!

We had an absolutely delightful stay at this vacation property! Everything exceeded our expectations – the place looked exactly as pictured, if not better. The well-equipped kitchen had everything we could possibly need, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. Highly recommend for a relaxing getaway!

Really enjoyed our week at Sunfish cove! Beautiful lake and charming house with great feel and lots of space. Beautiful wrap around porch and lots of amenities. Hosts were very responsive to all requests.

We had a delightful stay at Sunfish Cove with our adult children for Christmas. Carl and Jill were great to communicate with, the house accommodated 7 adults and a dog really well. We had a beautiful snow the night of our arrival and the driveway was fully plowed out for us. The 2 gentlemen who plowed us out were great. The house is clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the ping pong table and fooseball table. We will definitely come again.
