Probably the cleanest VRBO I have been in. Well stocked with kitchen and bathroom amenities. Easy and relatively short drive to downtown area. Description and photos were very accurate. Only thing we didn’t love was that there was not a good place to walk/jog without driving somewhere. No sidewalks, very hilly, lots of “beware of dog” signs in neighborhood north.

Thank you for your stay. I am so happy you enjoyed the house. Yes, Asheville is known as “Land of the sky” due to the hills and beautiful mountains our city surrounds and encompasses!! The house is located in a family oriented neighborhood with no sidewalks. However The Blue Ridge Parkway and city owned parks are within a 5-10 minute drive with beautiful views for walking or jogging! Again I am so very happy you enjoyed your stay!!!!

Lovely, well-appointed home with the comfort of guests top of mind. Check in and out was simple and Tia was an excellent host. Location is great and downtown Asheville and the Biltmore estate are easy access. I would highly recommend.

Very clean. Very quiet area but close to everything you need. Home had everything you could need and plenty of space. Very nicely decorated. Deck was very relaxing for morning coffee or after dinner relaxing.

Hands down one of the best equipped kitchens I’ve experienced with VRBO. We love to cook together as a family; the kitchen layout made this easy and enjoyable! Grilling on the back deck was also a favorite; in the treetops and minimal rooftops. This location was great for day trips and easy downtown AVL access. And the comfortable furnishings, beds, linens, and window shades made for cozy downtime and good sleeping! Our family of six and one dog agree that it was a great space to share!

Perfect for pets, family gatherings, and close drive or Uber to breweries. Loved rocking on the front porch or watching the mountain views on back deck by the fire. Thoughtful host!

We had a wonderful stay at this Asheville property for our 10-year anniversary trip. The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The location was excellent, close enough to downtown Asheville and the Blue Ridge Parkway while still feeling peaceful and private.We especially appreciated having a comfortable place to come back to after long days of hiking and exploring the mountains. The home was well-maintained, nicely furnished, and made us feel right at home. Communication was easy, and check-in/check-out was seamless.We would absolutely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a great home base while visiting Asheville!

This was a great place to stay for close proximity to downtown. A quiet neighborhood. The home has everything you could possibly need for a relaxing stay. Comfortable beds, fenced in yard for our pup, large back deck. By far the best place we have stayed in Asheville! We will definitely stay here again. The host was also excellent to work with. Highly recommend!

The house was immaculate and beautifully decorated. Everything needed was provided. It was very comfortable and spacious for our family of 4. We would definitely recommend and hope to stay here again on our next trip to the area.

This property is amazing! A full 3 bedroom, 2 bath ranch house that is scrupulously clean, very well stocked (including local snacks for both people and our dog), comfortable furniture with 2 fenced yards for our dog to run and play. We were 5 adults and had plenty of room and space to spread out.The owner, Tia, is super responsive to messages and the location of the house is great. It's just about 5 minutes from downtown, but across from an elementary school in a very quiet neighborhood. We'll definitely book this place again!

We had an amazing stay at this newly remodeled home in Asheville. The house was beautifully updated with modern finishes while still keeping a cozy. Everything felt fresh, clean, and thoughtfully designed — from the comfortable bedrooms to the fully stocked kitchen and stylish living spaces.The location was perfect: close enough to downtown Asheville, breweries, restaurants, and hiking, but still quiet and relaxing. The outdoor space was a huge bonus for morning coffee and evening downtime.The host was responsive, helpful, and made check-in incredibly easy. You can tell a lot of care went into the remodel and overall guest experience. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it for anyone visiting Asheville.

Great place to stay while exploring Asheville NC

The house was beautifully furnished and exactly as advertised. Convenient to downtown Asheville and the Biltmore Estate. We enjoyed the back deck and the gas fire pit in the evening.
