We loved staying here during our trip to Asheville for a family wedding! It was the perfect layout and space for our family of four couples to stay, including a large comfortable couch where we could all sit and hang out without feeling cramped and beautiful backyard.

We enjoyed staying here very much. We had room to spread out ,great outside place with fire pit, beautiful patio, games. Our kitchen was well stocked as was the bathrooms, towels etc. Tvs in every bedrooms as well as living room. Close to downtown, resturants. Smokey mountains and hour away This host thought of everything.

Great place to stay!

Perfect for a group getaway in Asheville with quiet surroundings, spacious rooms, and backyard firepit. Host was very responsive.

Unfortunately, we were unable to stay at the property due to some unexpected water damage after effects. We discovered the issue at check in and called, Manuel, who was absolutely WONDERFUL to work with. He understood the issue immediately and even offered to help us find new accommodations. He worked seamlessly with Vrbo to refund our money so that we could find a new place to stay. This was a really difficult situation and Manuel absolutely won my respect because of how he handled everything. The property is very quiet and nice and I wish Manuel well in resolving the issue and having people stay again. It seemed comfortable and welcoming.

Wonderful quiet property in Asheville

This was absolutely a perfect fit for us. The beds were comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet and it was near all the places we wanted to go.

Great Property

Very well located, near the city, and easy to get to other activities. The home was very clean and very well furnished. Only one minor complaint; the bedrooms seemed a bit warm at night, and would benefit from ceiling fans.

Great Getaway

Some friends and I stayed in this house for a long weekend and had a great time. The house was clean, provided all amenities we needed, and was close to attractions (i.e. downtown Asheville and the Biltmore House). Manuel was friendly and easy to contact. We would definitely stay here again!

Great Christmas Getaway

We stayed with our adult children over Christmas. The house was tastefully decorated, and even had a tree!! The kitchen had all the necessities and many extras! We loved the fire pit outside and the comfy couch to watch movies! Thanks for having us!

Ashville Stay

The interior of the house was nice and clean, the back deck was covered with green moss and mildew and was basically unuseable, the ac stopped working but Manuel was very responsive and had it fixed by that night, overall an ok stay but some general upkeep issues.

60 get away

Group of old friends for a weekend in Ashville. Location was close to everthing we needed. Neighbors were awsome. Great home for 4 adult couples.

Thanksgiving Retreat

Our extended family had a wonderful time exploring Asheville and celebrating the holiday. The house was clean and well appointed. Beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed the firepit and outdoor activities. Owner was very helpful and thoughtful. The location leaves a little to be desired.

Perfect for group

We had a group of 8. The 4 bedrooms, three with kings were perfect. The house was clean and well kept. Instructions were clear and host was very responsive. Fire pit was a nice additional feature perfect for the cooler evenings.

Perfect girls trip

4 older ladies on a reunion week. This house was perfect with 4 beautiful bedrooms and 3 bathrooms all on one floor. We had a blast and Manuel was extremely available and responsive. Highly recommend this property. Extremely clean and well appointed with everything we needed. One trip to the nearby grocery store and we were set for our 5 night stay. Day trips to Asheville were easy to get to so very fun. Less than 30 min to downtown.

Great location and house perks

We came for the MLK weekend and had a great time. The location of this house is perfect, 20 minutes to downtown Asheville and 20-40 for Maggie Valley and the skii area. We were very pleased about the amenities in the house, including outstanding coffee and everything you need to bath, cook and even to make s’mores. You can tell this house has been curated to host. The communication with the owner was excellent . We had the opportunity to extend the check out time because we woke up with a ton of snow and wanted for the kids to enjoy. We also noticed the owner or perhaps someone who helps maintain the house, throwing salt for us as we were driving away that day.

Excellent Property and Customer Service

This property was perfect for our family for a few days in Asheville. The home was clean and well stocked - toilet paper, garbage bags, laundry detergent, linens, towels, etc. There was even firewood and fire sticks for roasting marshmallows. The property owner is friendly and accommodating. He quickly responded to any questions or concerns we had. An unexpected plumming issue arose during our stay and he had someone there within an hour to fix it. The location is within 15 minutes of downtown Asheville and there were recommendations for things to do and places to eat inside the home. Overall, we would recommend this VRBO and would stay here again if ever back in Asheville.

Great house, minutes from downtown

Great location, just 15 mins to downtown Asheville. Friendly and quick communication. Well equipped & stocked home with everything you might need. Perfect 4 bedrooms/3 bath for 6 adults. Super comfortable beds. Love the fire pit each night. Thanks so much!

Fun Asheville Vacation Home

We had a great time at this house. We had 4 couples staying here and we enjoyed every minute. It was clean and well maintained. The house was well decorated and bright in the open plan common area. The fire pit in the back with comfy chairs was wonderful. We loved the grill and the back patio area as well.
