Cute cottage in the heart of Rockport. Located just a short walk to the city pier, Rockport Beach and the City Festival Grounds. This quaint cottage has two King size beds and a Full bathroom with a tub/ Shower. There is also a small kitchenette with a Kuerig coffee maker, microwave and mini- fridge. Coffee cups, linens and towels are provided. This is the perfect place to stay when enjoying an exciting fishing trip, Romantic getaway or just some time at the beach. This cottage is also pet friendly, has a Community BBQ area and fast speed Wifi

Such a steal!

Wow! We were so impressed with literally every aspect of this property. Amazing bang for your buck, close to Rockport Beach and downtown area. We loved our stay!

Lovely, Clean , and Convenient

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Checkin was super easy. The room was clean and the AC was on. It wa decorated in a nice beachy theme. Beds were comfortable. Linens were provided. Walking distance to the beach, coffee shops, and shopping. We will definitely stay here again.

Walking distance to the beach!

Beach and restaurants were just around the corner! Absolutely wonderful property. Parking in front as well as behind the building. You won’t be disappointed with this well maintained, clean, and beautiful cottage. We loved it and will definitely be back!

Great stay. Good experience. Big enough for fam of 4. Slept comfortably on king size beds. Stay was similar to a hotel room but to a larger scale, much quieter, and was less expensive at the time of stay. Would defently recommend and would stay again.

The space was very comfortable, spacious and clean. We were conveniently located near the shops, restaurants and beach. We will def stay here again.

Rockport Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were in town for a fishing trip with our two oldest grandsons and our pet giant schnauzer. We found this little place online and booked it. We didn’t need really anything but a nice place to sleep. This place was perfect. It was very well taken care of and clean. The beds and pillows were also very comfortable! The staff were friendly and very accommodating. I would recommend this place for anyone staying in Rockport. Pleased customer and would stay again!

This property was very clean. With everything you wpuld expect from a large chain hotel but in a smaller scale. I would stay again. Next time my business brings me to Rockport.

Enjoyed Our Stay

We had an great stay with our young kiddo. A very short drive to the beach (which itself was excellent for kids) and HEB was conveniently located for your grocery needs. The cottage was spacious, clean, and the air conditioning worked great. If you plan on eating in the room, be advised that there isn't a table [at the time of this review]. We enjoyed our stay and would visit again.

Wow!

So happy we chose this property instead of a hotel. Close parking, clean property, close to the beach, excellent communication with manager very fast responses. Check in was easy. No annoying having to go to the front desk to check in. Big room as well. We will definitely be visiting again soon.

It was cool when we would come in from the hot sun and stayed that way. The beds were comfortable. The room was clean. Very very close to the beach less than a three minute drive. The surrounding areas and shops were convenient to what I might have needed like ice or sunscreen. Easy check-in and check out and hosts for very accommodating with my early check-in.

Larger and more homey than a motel room, the grounds were immaculate and the property was so quaint and interesting. Coffee bar was great and everything worked well. Very quiet and peaceful, convenient to anywhere we wanted to go! Will definitely stay here again, it was perfect for our 3 day getaway!
