Very cute A frame with a cabin feel. The pond was filled with big fish, so we didn't even need to leave to fish! Close to shopping, gas, grocery stores and beaches.

LOVED this cabin. Well equipped kitchen, bath, beds, etc. Great location for local activities. Hit the vineyards, Colonial Beach, oyster festival and Westmoreland State Park. Was awesome sitting on deck listening to forest rustling. Our big concern was AC but it worked just fine. Perfect get away locale

This was my first VRBO experience and I loved how easy it was. The cottage is rustic and simple but that’s exactly what I was looking for. I ended up not making it to the winery, but it was an easy drive into Colonial Beach and over to George Washington’s birthplace. And a cozy place to curl up and read during the afternoon thunderstorm!

The cabin is very pet friendly and comfortable. The location is excellent for exploring the area and then having a quiet place to chill rather in the middle the tourist rush. This is a rustic A frame, with heat, ac, tv, great water pressure and many little treasures throughout.

Quaint Cabin for relaxation

This cabin was the perfect size and location for our stay. The bed was so comfortable and everything we needed was there. I really cannot wait to stay again!!

The property was cozy, the air flow into the downstairs bedroom was a problem. It was a good 15 degrees hotter than the rest of the house. The shower was functional but needs some repair. The firepit needs to be rebuilt so we couldn’t use it.

Thanks for your response! I wish you had messaged me about any of these things while you were staying there so I could have helped. The air conditioner works great actually, but like I said in the listing and in the messages I sent to you, you must leave the downstairs door open to work since it is a window unit. I like to point this out as many times as possible in correspondence so there are no surprises when checking in.

Anniversary get away

Quiet, cozy and private cabin stocked with everything you need!We enjoyed fishing in the pond and dining at High Tides in Colonial Beach.Also visited Westmoreland State Park for hiking & more fishing!We definitely hope to return!
