The location of the property was perfect for our Dollywood focused trip. The hill to the condo is very steep. The covered parking was convenient. We enjoyed the billiard table and the jacuzzi tub. The king beds were comfortable and the towels were soft. The stacked washer/dryer is small so I had to run multiple loads. We cooked several meals here. The kitchen is well stocked. We also appreciated the starter sets of coffee, toilet paper, etc. There were a couple of issues with activity in the building that Zach was able to resolve in a timely manner. Overall we had a good trip and would recommend this condo.

The Condo was beautiful and our family had so much fun with the pool table. The community pool was well cared for and the kids had a great time. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location quiet but minutes from everything. Condo is aged a bit but felt very well taken care of. Our family enjoyed the pool table when the weather didn’t cooperate with us on our first day there. We would recommend to other families.

Love the spaciousness of the condo and the convenient location to everything! Set up for the Christmas holidays it was cozy and welcoming. Everything our family needed!Zach the host was perfectly responsive! Always a great stay!

My family had a great time. The location is awesome. Short drive to Gatlinburg and all the the great things Pigeon Forge has to offer as well. The beds are so comfortable and the host is incredibly responsive. I would absolutely recommend staying here!!!

Great location! Close to everything! Access to the unit/check-in was about the easiest I've ever encountered. The condo was clean, functional and had everything we needed. We will definitely be back!

My favorite feature of this property is the trolley access. As of writing, a trolley day pass is 3. The trolley stops at the entrance to the resort, and it takes you straight to Dollywood in just a couple minutes. This saves the cost and hassle of parking. Note that this property is in a building up a big steep slope from the resort entrance, so taking the trolley does mean walking up/down that.
