Check out this condo in Whispering Pines, Hello Sunshine. This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo is located right off of the Pigeon Forge strip near The Old Mill. This condo is located on the second floor, but there are elevators and luggage carts available! A short walk away is the indoor pool, hot tub, and gym. During the warmer months an outdoor lazy river, pool, and hot tub is also available (Dates are set by the HOA based off weather so we cannot guarantee that it will be opened before/after Memorial Day to Labor Day). Enjoy a jetted jacuzzi tub in the primary bedroom! Enjoy the gas fireplace in the living room (seasonal) and some outdoor dining on the covered patio.

We travel to Pigeon Forge / Gatlinburg a couple of times per year for a quick vacation. The first thing we noticed was the cleanliness of the room. Typically even when staying in cabins the cleanliness is in line with what I would consider to be hotel cleanliness (not great). But the cleaning crew of this condo was excellent! The location is great! It is directly off the parkway, and if you wanted to walk instead of drive it would be possible. All in all this stay was a great experience, and my wife and I both agreed we would be staying here again in the future.

2025 Spring Break

Perfect location for a spring break trip with our grandkids. The condo was very clean and had everything needed. Easy access to all the attractions, approximately 15 minutes to Gatlinburg. The hosts did a great job of communicating before and during our trip. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location!

Great location, convenient to so many things. The pool and lazy river were great and the condo was as described and pictured. Property manager checked in a couple of times throughout the stay, and that was appreciated! Would stay at Whispering Pines again and would book a property through Magnolia again!

Anniversary stay

We had a wonderful time, took brother and sister-n-law, stayed a couple of relaxing days. The condo was exceptionally clean, which meant a lot to us, like being at home. Enjoyed sightseeing and activities in the Smokey Mountains.

The Condo was very nice and comfortable with one HUGE exception. The bed in the Master Bedroom was horrific. My husband and I are both 5ft 8in. We are not short people - we are average height. The bed was absolutely horrible to climb up on. The step stools were small and scary. I've never wanted to go get a saw and cut off the legs of any piece of furniture so bad in all of my life. Someone is going to get badly hurt falling off of this bed. The height of the bed was a bit higher than our waist line. My friends who were with us also tried climbing on the bed and it was scary for them as well. I highly recommend a new bed brought in or get a carpenter to come in and take the wooden legs down at least 2 feet if possible. This is an accident just waiting to happen!

Great Location

We were very happy with our stay. Check in process was very simple. We did need to contact the property manager once, sent her a text and she responded quickly. The condo was very clean and had the basic kitchen necessities. Location is off the Parkway on a hill by a block or so, it was nice being so close to everything without hearing all the noise from the balcony.

Home away from home

As soon as we walked through the door there was a sense of “home”. This adorable condo was even nicely decorated with Christmas decor, a delightful surprise to us and especially after leaving our home’s decor the day after Christmas to have this trip. The layout of this place is warm and cozy and we absolutely enjoyed our stay here. While the primary bed is very tall, they even supplied a small step stool to make getting in the bed a bit easier. Our teenage girls enjoyed the property’s heated pool and jacuzzi- which was our primary reason to book this place. The adults enjoyed the quietness of our morning coffee on the back deck (we even had visits from the local deer). Overall, we had the best time in the Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge area and really enjoyed coming “home” after a full day to a cozy condo to relax. We would love to stay here again.

Did not realize the property had different companies renting different condos. I have stayed there many times and I thought when I made reservations I was dealing with Whispering Pines. I did not pay enough attention to the condo I got. I really, really like the street view not the mountain. So I was a little disappointed that was not what I had.

LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION!! Literally everything is only a couple of minutes away but it’s still quiet and peaceful! Condo was nice and roomy. The hosts are amazing, very helpful and informative and easy to communicate with! They made sure our stay was perfect from start to finish! We will definitely stay here again!

I would never stay here again.

Given the price and the customer service we received, I would never choose to stay here again. There are so many rentals in Pigeon Forge within the same vicinity, that for the same price I would expect a cleaner condo & better customer service. The complex is very poorly lit at night and it is hard to see the condo numbers and building numbers. We lost about 30 min driving around and running up and down trying to find the right building and unit (we called Magnolia but they said they didn't know how to direct us). Then we arrived and the majority of the dishes in the cabinet were DIRTY. We realized after trying to run the dishwasher ourselves that the door didn't close all the way without serious jiggling and kicking. Once we got the dishwasher to close with all the cabinet's dirty dishes loaded, they all came out dirty again. I told Magnolia that the dishwasher was broken. I also told her that the tub in the second bedroom did not drain when the shower was in use. Our legs were piling up in dirty shower water, and the shower curtain liner was moldy at the bottom from being stuck in dirty water. She said she called in a service order and the technician came by while we were out that day and said nothing was wrong with the dishwasher or tub and that nothing needed to be fixed. We washed every dish by hand and showered only in the 1 shower that was working, and Magnolia vacations did not offer any acknowledgement. Do not waste your here.
