The rooms where clean and was very warm feeling. Would stay here again if we need something this big again.

The living space was amazing. It's old but very large family friendly. The mountain coaster was very close, but also very quiet.

Niehoff Family

Very spacious and was so nice, we loved it and would definitely would stay again. Also loved the location and grandkids loved the slide in the backyard and the goats and donkeys near by the property. I would highly recommend!

Family gathering with seven adults, six boys and three girls had a wonderful time. The lodge was spacious, clean and well maintained. Pool was large and nearby fire pit. Many pool floats, rocking chairs, lounge and deck chairs. Propane and charcoal grills, Upstairs kitchen had two ovens, two refrigerators, plenty of kitchenware and there was a downstairs kitchen with another oven, refrigerator, etc. that we didn't need. We would have preferred two bunk rooms ... the bunk room had two beds with a full bottom and single top but each child wanted their own bed, so we used pull-out couches and a lounge chairs with ottoman for the youngest children. Home is definitely older than many we've vacationed at but very comfortable. It was a great choice! p.s. Dollywood Splash Country was so much fun ... highly recommend.

The property was really nice. It has plenty of space. It does sleep quite a few but all but one room has king size beds. They were great but if you had a ton of singles staying and they didn’t want to double up it would be a problem. It was perfect for our crew. The kitchen was huge. Plenty of bathrooms. Huge livingroom and dining space. We had 14 with us. The kids loved loved loved the pool. The pool was serviced twice while we were there. The lawn was mowed. This was a great place!

Lots of space. Convenient to all attractions. Very comfortable and enjoyable stay. Would definitely recommend. Pool and hottub was amazing.
