David was easy to work with and the communication was excellent from pre trip to during our stay.The unit was as described and photos were accurate I highly recommend staying at any of David's properties he is a gracious and hospitable host

David was incredibly kind and hospitable. He provided us with great info about the area and his place was extremely clean, well decorated and had absolutely everything you could ever need for a great vacation!!

We had a great stay this week at Sapphire Sunrise! The host was very helpful with communication about the amenities provided and recommendations for restaurants and activities. The condo was clean and comfortable. Everything worked as it should. We would definitely book this property again!

Yes, the location is key for a true island experience. Our setting is not only beautiful but, also, convenient to places popular with visitors. I'm glad this couple enjoyed their stay in my condo.

David was by far the best host I have come across. There was an issue with the place we originally booked and he saved us at the last minute. Not to mention the property itself was beautiful. We loved drinking our coffee in the morning on the balcony with an incredible view. The vaulted ceilings in the upstairs bedrooms were also beautiful. This villa was definitely the highlight of our stay. Great location as well.

This host is absolutely TERRIFIC. He is very responsive, an excellent communicator, and sincerely wants guests to have an excellent experience. His attention to detail in cleanliness and condo ammenities is top notch.

Wonderful Place to Stay!

We had the best time in St. Thomas. The host David was so helpful/responsive and the condo was perfect! Very clean and spacious and great location only minutes from town. We can't wait to come back!

Wonderful stay

Perfect location near town and marinas. Sapphire Bay is beyond picturesque. Condo is clean, very comfortable, and the owner communicates quickly and pleasantly. No-brainer to stay here.

Great time in St Thomas!

My wife and I stayed at this property for several days for our anniversary celebration. This condo unit was in a great location and is very well maintained. Had everything we needed and the communication with the owner was fantastic. Could not have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend staying here!

The BEST stay we could have asked for on our wedding weekend!

We got married in St Thomas and couldn’t have asked for a better host! David was incredible and super informative. The condo is absolutely stunning and had everything we could have possibly needed and more! We will absolutely be back for another visit and would be so happy to stay at David’s condo again!

The view!

What a wonderful, beautiful view from both balconies. Great workation location! Great having 2 bathrooms. Wonderful condo. Sapphire beach has great snorkeling!

Hi Alexa! I'm so glad you enjoyed your stay in Sapphire Sunrise! I'm so happy it worked out for you to be able to enjoy so much of paradise while working! We often have to do those pesky conference calls where there too so we made sure to have a full desk set up to make "workation" easy and comfortable! Of course, I know just like us you often opted to take those calls from the balcony too so you could enjoy the breezes as well! :) I always love hearing how much our guests enjoy the snorkeling too! It's so cool to be able to walk right downstairs and instantly into the water, swimming out to our own coral reef directly in front of our unit! We get so many awesome "reef life" reports every week about rays, fish, octopus, starfish and so much more! Please come back and enjoy some more "workation" time with us next winter! Until then, keep those Sapphire Sunrise views in your dreams! Best, David
