Had a great stay here. Great view from both decks. Furnished well and equipped with everything you could need. Nice linens and towels. Excellent communication. We liked the location with close proximity to Red Hook with restaurants and the ferry terminal but quiet location with its own beach with pretty water and snorkeling.

Great property with excellent coffee shop and restaurants. Friendly staff. Wished the pool bar was open. The condo was perfect and very clean.

All and all a great place to stay for the money. The only real complaint would be a checklist for the items in the room like chairs, floats beach stuff. That way you know for sure you have returned everything before checking out.

We had the best time. The condo was clean and the layout was perfect for two couples.The condo was well equipped they even have beach chairs, ice chest and beach towels. They also have games to play. The resort was nice and the restaurants were all very good. The beach was clean. Very close to Redhook which is a plus.The condo has only a washer so we would go to the laundry building on the property which wasnt a big deal. The condo doesnt have an oven and only had an 2 burner induction stove.

Wonderful stay. The space is exactly as pictured. The owners have excellent management support to help with all your needs. Definitely would stay here again.

We enjoyed the beautiful view of the Marina watching the boats come and go. The place was comfortable and very clean. Nice Beach and restaurant very close by. Love working with Carrie, she makes everything so easy! And loved the flowers in the kitchen, nice touch!

We loved this two bedroom, two story unit! Plenty of space for all four of us. The condo was well stocked with items to make it feel like home. We enjoyed packing the cooler available and taking the beach chairs to explore other beaches around the island. It was very comfortable there and would definitely stay there again!

Great stay! Beautiful, clean, well equipped accommodation!!! Comfy beds, nice towels and linens. Great communication with owner. Perfect for our group of 2 moms & daughters traveling together. Lots of restaurants within an easy walk. Don’t miss Pangea Terra…sooo good! And Sunday brunch at Sea Salt was very nice. The beachside pizza restaurant was surprisingly delicious!

Family vacation

The overall condo was advertised exactly as it was in person. The view was beautiful and the walk to the beach was quick. We were happy with our stay.

Perfect Family Vacation!

We enjoyed our stay at Chula Vista! The location was perfect, steps away from the beach and a short drive to red hook to catch the ferry to St. John. The condo was clean and very spacious. We can’t wait to plan our next visit to Chula Vista!

Quick Trip to USVI

The property is well maintained, convenient (walking distance) to Sapphire Beach, restaurants, and bars. Also within walking distance to cabs to get you around the island. Enjoyed our stay on the property!! 5

Great Trip

The condo was very clean and exactly as described. It was equipped with everything we needed, and more. The walk to the pool and beach were just a short walk, just a short drive to Red Hook for resturants, the ferry, etc.

Snorkel Fun

This was our second time staying at sapphire beach. It is in a great location with lots of things to do. The pool area is nice, there is good snorkeling right from shore, and a nice beach area. The condo was nice and had everything we needed to have a nice stay. We will will definitely be going back to St Thomas again.
